No Frills at Value Price Stayed on pretty busy weekend in STL area. Most of surrounding hotels were significantly higher in price. Hotel was “no frills” compared to a Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn or Marriott but it was about half the price online. Room was clean but heavy deodorized scent in the room…windows were not installed to be able to open so could not air out room. Easy on and off access to interstate and plenty of places to eat in immediate area. Small breakfast buffet offered in mornings but did not have time to try. Overall good value based on price.

Avoid at all costs. Disgusting. Room smelled of mold and mildew. I had to leave and go to another hotel. Avoid this place. The lobby is dirty. Cable was out. They only allow pets 40lbs or less but do t say that until you get there. Never again and they charged me for the night plus some without being able to provide me a habitable room.

I hope things get better. I've been staying here for years , off and on according to where the company had me working , it was my home away from home when working at the shop in St. Louis, but as time went on it seemed like it was getting any better. This year 2023 I went to an IHG hotel , much cleaner, no moldy smell in the room coming from the ACunit that needed to be pulled out and power sprayed and sanitized, needs new pillows and bedding for sure . And it didn't help that some of the folks not all staying at the hotel were doing alot of damaged to it also making it difficult for the husband and wife to keep up with repairs. I wished them well but I've moved on .

DISGUSTING Absolutely filthy. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Do not waste your time or money here. I have more pics but the limit is 10. Stains on bed linens, pillows, floors. No blankets, lamp broken, bathtub dirty, molding peeling off wall, smoke detector gone, just wires hanging from ceiling. Curtains had so much dust you couldn’t see the fabric. Horrific!!! Unsafe!

Atrocious conditions, needs to be condemned. Americas best value inn on Lindbergh is a joke. For several reasons, One being hotel room had a crack in the wall and crumbming. Second bathroom door was hanging on only by the top hinge. The front half of the door was ripped away displaying the interior cardboard of the door. Third there was a leak coming from the bathroom tub. Management invaded our privacy by bothering us to inform us if the leak and wanted to come in to take pictures. This in itself was appalling. Fourth an foremost the pool was not working ,as we had made a special trip to swim, only to be let down. Fifth the coffee machine was not working in the breakfast area. This was also a big disappoint as we had to go to Mc Donald's to get coffee. Last but not least our discounts weren't applied as promised. One being 15% for military /the other 15% discount for being unsatisfactory room conditions.. we do not recommend this place to anyone. We are still waiting for out discounts. This was a big let down.
