Not worth the $$$ We have stayed in Steamboat numerous times over the past 20 years, always great experiences. This was the exception. Trying to get around to/from this condo was a nightmare. They tell you it’s “ski in/ski out” but it’s definitely not. They also say it’s less than 1000 ft to a lift, again absolutely untrue. Ok so we have to rely on a shuttle? Don’t bother, it’s unreliable and frustrating at best. We were stranded at the transit are for over an hour because we were following the shuttle schedule and we were turned down by two different shuttles that had taken us to our condo the day before. Also, our internet/TV quit working after 2 days. Do not stay here!!!! I Aside from the condo, Colorado is an anti-freedom state. And the resort of Steamboat Springs is right there with them. I cannot count how many times they yelled at us because our masks slipped down from our noses, WHILE we had our hands full with our ski gear and our kids’ ski gear. There is no logic in any of their policies, only dictators telling the little people what to do and say. We used to love coming here. Never again. It’s very sad how bad this town and resort has become.

Less than impressive Ski-in, ski out requires a lot of poling from Condo C. Plan on walking if you board. Place was pretty dirty on arrival. Lots of food stuck on dishes. Called for shuttle service at the number provided and was told by the receptionist, “We don’t manage your condo and you have to call a cab.” Obviously there was a shuttle service. When I called to complain, the response was “Our team would never tell you that. You must have called a wrong number.” I used my cell phone and redialed the exact same number. Lots of better places for the price.

CB317 - Sleeping in bed is like sleeping in a pea pod. CB317 needs a complete renovation. New beds, furniture, kitchen utensils. Room has a beautiful view of the mountain and can Ski out and in by only the Right of Way run. Dependent on Go Alpine shuttle, during the day is limited. after 5pm it is better. Spa is across parking lot, but worth the walk.

The patio is really a view of the parking lot and you have to use keys. If you can get over that it's fine. We stayed in Club B unit 218. I booked it through the resort and I thought from the description and pictures that it was slope facing..my mistake for not calling to ask. This condo faces the parking lot..which I guess would have been fine if the description had not made it sound like it was some great yard to look at. Another annoying thing was you get two keys, but you have to use the keys to get in and out of the main doors and into the ski lockers. We had to make sure that we strategically gave out the keys so if someone headed back early they could get back in the building. I am sure that the technology exists to put key pads on the doors and main entrances. The rest of the condo was fine. It was large and had plenty of room and storage. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you would need. It was ski in and out. The trail down was easy and there was a level trail to come back to the condo. The pool and hot tub were within walking distance. The hot tub is small for the amount of people that it serves. The workout room is good with multiple machines and a sauna in the locker room. The attendant is very helpful. I will probably see if I can find something different for next time. They should really update the listing.
