Dirty room, stained carpet _ Check in was wonderful! The clerk was very friendly and helpful! Lobby is clean and welcoming. The room however was not very clean. I was so disappointed since we have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express several times and were always pleased. I couldn’t walk barefoot in the room because the tile floors were dirty and had hair from previous customers. The carpet had a huge stain beside the bed, yuck! The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. Too tired to walk back to the front desk to change rooms since we had been on the road all day. Three stars is generous and thats only because of the nice experience at check in. I took several photos but don’t know how to attach them to this review.__

Horrible Dont Go! Horrible horrible and more horrible. From front door of lobby to the ceilings of the room! Filthy. Rooms were not cleaned by maids, no water or milk, urine in toilet blood or spaghetti sauce on bed, mold and mildew on walls and bathroom. No security in back entrance.

Very disappointed Room floor and carpet was filthy. Had to keep shoes on at all times. Would it kill someone to use bleach to clean the floors? The tub had a ring around it and was stained. Little mold in bath, exhaust fan was filthy. For what we paid, I expect better.

Customer service Well it is very noisy and someone took the hanger off our door ! Front desk has no clue on how to check in or charge correctly . Does not respond to a problem when you call watch your charge card , they make you swipe it multiple times and still do not straighten out the problem. No invoice given at check out . When ask to talk to a manager , no one returns the call or emails . Would not recommend ! Pricey for the poor service and they don’t seem to care about customer service .

Could be better selected average for rating but below average is closer Am a platinum member of IHG and was very disappointed in trying to check in early. No recognition of status and not friendly. When they called us to say room was ready, went back to check in and much friendlier -- should have been that way to start with. Bed was comfortable and room was fairly quiet. Towels in bathroom were very thin. Bathroom door had was completely worn at bottom left side. Needs to be fixed or replaced. Tub had some black areas in grouting and appeared quite old -- not very welcoming. For the number of points required for stay expect better. When we got breakfast more than an hour before it ended, one cinnamon roll there and after that was gone, never replenished. Unlike most HIEs, coffee was weak and mediocre at best. Used to like staying here but no longer. it seems IHG is not making franchisees of HIE keeping up to standards. Really too bad.
