Awesome experience! Upon arrival I was concerned when there was no record of my requested upgrade. But once I showed him my email confirmation he took care of it and actually made it even better. The room was comfortable and roomy. The breakfast was great - lots of options and tasty too. The staff was very pleasant - other than the grumpy bartender...LOL

This place has gone down hill over time. This hotel has really gone downhill since the last time I stayed here. Used to stay a lot for work but been a year or two. It is in need of some repair and updating. The king bed was in bad shape, had an impression where it sagged and was too soft. Shower water pressure was really bad. Grabbed some quick food and it was not so good, the smash burger was ok but the turkey club was not so much. Only breakfast option was a $18 buffet....will not be coming back.

Very nice, convenient hotel but, no cookies? Was looking forward to returning to this hotel which is very convenient to my jobsite and airport. Small but clean rooms. Breakfast is always good and was included in my reservation. Biggest disappointment after a 3-hr flight and late night arrival was the dismissive check-in and hearing "We're out of cookies." McDonalds never runs out of fries, Chick-fil-A never runs out of chicken. How can a hotel run out of their signature trademark amenity?

treat travelers as they would never come back I had an awful experience staying this hotel. Due to a flight delay, we were sent to this hotel (Double Tree) by the airline. Instead of providing a bed for each person, a stranger and I were put on a king bed. When we enter the room, we immediately noticed the TV screen was broken, I called front desk 4 times with the landline in the room, nobody answered. When I was at the airport in the next morning, I received a message from my bank telling me that Double tree charged me $300, I called the hotel, explained to him that TV was already broken when we entered the room. He said that he was following procedures, and he will explain to his manager on next Monday to reimburse the $300 charge. Obviously the TV was broken by previous guests, the hotel did not do their job properly to find the the broken TV when the previous guests checked out, instead of take their own responsibility, they just simply chose me as scapegoat. However I did not receive reimbursement. I email to the hotel manager, no reply at all. I also emailed to the GM of Hilton and there was no reply. I called several times to the hotel, my call was hung up. My experience at this hotel was horrible, their unprofessional behavior really shocked me.

No microwave but otherwise acceptable. Pro: Bed is comfortable, love that there is a bathtub, room is clean and front desk staff was nice. Elevator readily available (problem at some hotels). Wake up call worked and was on time (also hit or miss at some hotels). Con: No microwave - did not think to check for that and do not often use it but rare not to have one and wanted one. No easy outlets by bed - this is a big annoyance. Did not replace towels after cleaning (probably an oversight). My door kept sticking. Bedside table looked shabby. Breakfast not included (I had forgotten that). Restaurant food was good, not great.
