TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, read all reviews Check in troubles: I was to arrive after midnight on my check in date, so I called ahead to make sure they knew I would be STILL coming. I was assured on the call that a note was made and everything would be fine for check in. Check in at 1a took 45 mins of the front desk worker telling me that the system is saying that there were no rooms available but she was sure that there was a room left for us, but the system won't show her. So if she can't get the system to let us check in, (even if she knew which room was available) we could not stay there that night..... A call to the manager was attempted without avail. Finally, we were able to check in. Condition of room: Within 10 minutes of being in room there were 2 cockroaches, stains on sheets, and long strands of hair on the bed (that weren't ours). We opted to leave and stay at a neighboring hotel. Refund process: The next day we came by to speak to manager for a refund, and the manager was extremely understanding. Without argument, she refunded the third party provider their money. The third party provider refused to give us our money back unless the manager would right a simple letter with the approval for refund. I attempted to contact the managers Shazia and Daniyal multiple times via email without response. I was able to speak to Shazia on the phone and she refused to provide the company a written response. After a few weeks of fighting with the company and a lack of help from the management, my credit card eventually refunded me the money.

I ENJOY TO BE IN THIS PLACE I LEFT AND IM BACK TO THIS PALCE AGAIN FOR 3 MONTHS I LIKE TO BE ON THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THERE ARE SO FRIENDLY AND THEY ARE SO NICE ALSO THEY HELP YOU TO FIEL LIKE HOME IS REALLY CLEAN AND SMELL GOOD , THE COFFEE IN THE MORNIG IS GREAT THEY HAVE LOUNDRYROOM AVAILABLE THE WIFI IS NOT THE BEST BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY THE EXTRA GB BUT OVER ALL IS GREAT PLACE TO BE AROUND EXELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE .

PAY XTRA FOR FRESH TOWELS AND HOUSEKEEPING We arrived late around 10:30pm and they were fine with that. Check in was a breeze. We went to our room on the elevator. Which I am glad they had because it was on the third floor. When we were settled in our room we realized that out the window there were a ton of people playing music, drinking and playing a game of cornhole. I sure hope no one needed to be up early because it was quite loud. The hotel has a small seating area where they were partying. During the 3 nights we stayed they actually partied every single night. The blanket on the bed felt as thick as a sheet and wasn’t truly a blanket at all. I think it was a duvet without the actual comforter inside. My partner was cold and we had to use our down comforter from home. We traveled here from Vermont and are on our way to go camping in Virginia Beach so we had our blankets in our truck. We booked a suite because it had a place to cook but were made to ask for cooking pans and plates and utensils. Not very convenient at all. It’s all to save the housekeepers from having to clean but isn’t that what they are being paid to do? The 3 days we were here they did not offer any housekeeping unless we paid XTRA for it. Yes you read that correctly! You do not get your bed turned down or clean towels switched out unless you pay XTRA! There are cheaper places you can stay and actually get room service that usually comes with a hotel room. With that being said the stove works well and the bed is comfortable.

Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs. Terrible and dirty. First room had dried body fluids on comforter and dried snot on headboard. The bathroom sink has blood on the counter. AVOID. The pics are old and DO NOT match the current state of this place. I am SHOCKED Loudoun County has not shut this establishment down! Clearly illegal things happening here and the owners could care less.

Great hotel! Wonderful, friendly staff. We love staying here! They are pet friendly and have a nice BBQ area. Close to all the major areas and metro to get to DC. And the best part? Sweetwater tavern is right next door!
