Corporate Travelers This has become our go to hotel in St Joseph for our corporate travelers. Frank the manager is always accommodating and helpful with our last minute requests. We have booked rooms weekly at this location and have never had a complaint or issue with this hotel. With many hotels to choose from in the St Joseph area, our travelers and office prefers this location.

Softball tournament Nice hotel, very accommodating. Clean rooms and close to lake and other amenities. Great stay for our team! Whatever we needed they made sure to provide. Staff would say Good luck to our girls as they were leaving for the fields in their softball uniforms. Would like to go back for non-softball event!

What you see is what you get.but overall worked just fine. Stayed overnight during a fall wine/colour Tour of Western Michigan. This place could be real nice if housekeeping and Maintinance was more detaied, The entrance ash trays were overflowing front desk and lounge areas were not appealing the rooms were fine and clean with kitchens modern and updated but cheep matererals. Bed was soft but ok. Cracker barrel and fastfood nearby.

Quick Getaway, Value! Updated kitchen was great! Clean establishment, and was very friendly to our pups! Great value- Not the Ritz, but of course we didn’t expect that. Clean, super friendly, will be back! 12 minutes from downtown everything.

Don't use your debit card here!!!! Check the sheets Watch your charges on your checking account after staying here!!! I was charged for two days upon check out like normal and then charged AGAIN for another two nights stay 2 DAYS AFTER I checkout out!! When I called I was told "this happens a lot" "don't worry, it's just a hold placed on your account"... I immediately called my bank who informed me the charges were pending and would be taken out that night!! My bank reversed the charges and are looking into why this is happening on a regular basis at this hotel. Also, upon arrival the pillowcases and sheets were dirty like they had not been changed.
