Visiting with Friends The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager went out of his way trying to eliminate the guests who were smoking illegal substances that were aggravating other guests. The smoke was escaping into the hallways, stairwells, my room. My asthma was affected. Unfortunately, he didn't find the offenders. Other than that, it was a very restful stay. The rooms are clean, however, the carpets need really good shampooing. The tubs are very slippery. To avoid falling, I purchased a bathmat. I am not an early riser so I didn't try the breakfast during this trip. On a previous trip, it was delicious and filling. There are many options to choose from - from cold cereal to hot options to bagels, all was delicious. I stay here whenever I come up to visit some friends. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

Always our 1st choice! Our request to be ground floor near the main entrance is always granted. That makes it such a plus for getting in all our healthcare necessities we have to travel with. The staff are friendly & helpful. They almost always have recommendations for whatever we’re looking for. Especially the female day employee! I forget her name but she knows me & calls me by name before we even get to the desk. Breakfast may vary somewhat (biscuits, gravy, Canadian bacon, eggs, etc) day to day but waffles, cereal, yogurt, & fruit are all available daily. Coffee, hot water, & cookies are available the majority of the time. The rooms are clean & comfortable. We’ve never had an issue with this hotel.

Top Level Service. Clean and Comfortable Rooms and Property. Amazing experience. Hotel property and room very clean and comfortable. Staff really seems to care about making it nice. I always see them working at it. Robin at front desk is a total rock star. She took such good care of us and made everything perfect and well beyond our expectations. Location is quick and easy to freeway. WiIl stay here again if we are back in the area someday. Thank you!

Fantastic Stay This is our favorite Hotel to stay at when visiting Racine. Front desk always very welcoming and accommodating. Over all staff does an amazing job. Have also recommended this hotel to family and friends.

Superb _ Superb stay. Visited couple times in area for work and decided to come with family and I enjoyed both time. Staff is well training. Manager is very helpful and understanding. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms are very clean and well maintained.
