Hot water The Bed was good, and the water was hot. Being a solo traveler. My only concern was the door to the connecting room didn’t lock. I just placed the chair and my suitcase in front of it. Great stay, no problems, thus far…………………………………………………………..

Nice, clean, and affordable. We visited Onodaga caves in Missouri and needed to spend the night in Sullivan. The staff was friendly. The room we stayed in seemed updated. It was clean, and affordable. The room had a television, microwave, and refrigerator. I will definitely stay at this location again.

Shower needs update Desk staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was varied and well-stocked. Unpleasant odor from bathroom as we entered, but it dissipated. First floor wing exterior door lock did not lock. Shower needs to be updated.

OK place needs some updates Check in went good, but I had a online reservation. Got one of the newly renovated rooms, it was pretty decent. Bed was nice but I can sleep any where. Ac cooled the room off really fast. Hallway was new carpet but still had a stake smoke smell The bathroom was really small, including a tiny shower, because I was at the end of the wing hot water took awhile to get to my room The bad parts, the side door couldn't shut all the way, looks like the building had shifted enough that it wouldn't close. Breakfast was a joke, they had the cereal, waffle maker, and the smallest juice cups I've ever seen. Plus it's set up right in front of the front desk. Honestly, they just need to offer coffee and knock another $5 off the price Check out went with no problems
