Quiet We stayed here on vacation. It was clean. Breakfast was okay. Swimming _‍♂️ pool was small. It was okay here. Not far from the beach. Located on the main highway & easily accessible to multiple places. Have to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels and washcloths. Room had a mini fridge & microwave.

Night Clerk Very Rude! I was floored by how rude the front desk/night clerk were/are. Can someone please tell the owner the night guy needs to go! He was rude to my friends and my girlfriend. The guest is not always right. He should know what line of business he is in. Clearly he does NOT!

Avoid! We booked 2 rooms, for 4 people, at this hotel at the last minute, needing rooms near the airport for one night. Our rooms were awful, rundown & dirty. Clearly, these rooms had not been maintained or updated in years. Room #1: This room reeked of cigarette smoke the minute we opened the door. Since it was supposedly a non-smoking room, it is troubling that the cleaning staff did not alert the front desk. The receptionist at the Front Desk was great, the one shining spot at this dingy place. She immediately moved us to another room, that, thankfully, did not smell. But the carpeting was very stained. The walls had several picture hooks protruding out, with no artwork/pictures. It looked as if someone had stolen the pictures and no one bothered to fix the issue. The paint on the wall was old. Room was dark. Room #2: The second room was even worse. The toilet seat was peeling. I hate to think how hard it would be to keep it clean. On top of that, there obvious, large stains on the bed spread & walls. We should have left immediately but ended up staying after some debate. Breakfast was included with our rate. It was sad. There were serving dishes for eggs and sausage. But only sausage was provided. No eggs. Just another sign of lack of customer care. Honestly, this probably was the worst accommodation that I have ever visited. Proceed with caution. This hotel needs a big make-over and new management.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable We were satisfied with our stay. Great location outside of Myrtle Beach, very handy for beaches, dining, shopping. They had an accessible room as requested. They seemed to be having supply issues though. Free breakfast was just OK - waffle makers, oatmeal, yogurt, sausage, cold cereal - but no eggs, no bread of any kind (or toaster). There was no non-decaf coffee available for the inroom coffeepot, but coffee machine was always available in the breakfast area. They were having staffing issues too, so housekeeping was spotty.

Blood on the sheets Blood on sheets!!! This hotel is a complete mess! I checked into the hotel and was put onto the second flood room 201. I pulled the covers back and found blood on the sheets. I walked down the flight of stairs to the front desk because the hotel does not have an elevator down to the front desk and asked the attendant to have our sheets changed because of the blood. He then handed us new sheets expecting us to change them ourselves. I requested a new room instead… the second room was also not cleaned, as there was mold on the ceiling, a broken shower curtain and cashew nuts and spaghetti on the floor! At this point I had enough and went down to the front desk again to ask for my Diamond Hotel points back that I used to book the hotel room and was told only the General Manager would be able to give me my points back. I asked for her contact information and called and emailed them. They never called or emailed me back so I guess I’m out 60,000 points from this hotel. Don’t even consider coming here if you’re not ok with sleeping in blood, spaghetti and nuts. This place is an abject failure from housekeeping to the front desk to management. It is truly amazing this place is still open! This was written August 15 2023
