Pubic hair hell I stayed at this hotel in March while away for work. In the morning after I had showered I noticed something on the floor in the bathroom. I put my glasses on and noticed dark pubic hair all over the floor. I looked at my legs and I was covered in dark hair. Being blonde, these did not belong to me. I jumped back in the shower and cleaned off and went to the front desk, after packing my belongings. This was 6am and the man on the desk, while shocked, stated he would leave word for the manager to call me at work. I was then charged for the nights stay. Needless to say the manager did not call. I returned to the hotel asking for her at 3pm and she was gone for the day. I then asked to speak to someone else in charge, where she smirked at the situation and did say she would get the manager to call me the next day. She did offer me a room for the night and offered to have it double cleaned and to not worry about being “that person”. I have always questioned that bottom towel in hotels and unfortunately I learned the hard way that it was not changed between customers.

Sydney NS Simon worked for us. Great location, very well appointed And outstanding service. Nothing too much trouble and really keen to make your stay as good as possible. Staff brilliant from start to finish. Restaurant can get crowded and noisy but ok. Breakfasts great. Our room had a fantastic view down the harbour. East parking.

Pretty Good for a One Night Stay Modern hotel - used to be Cambridge Inn. Very clean, view of the harbour. Reasonable location. Comfy beds and quiet room. Checkin easy. Parking provided. Breakfast not included but restaurant on the property. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good experience and great location Everything was perfect during my stay until 20 min before a very important meeting the wifi went down and didn't return for a while. I had to connect to the meeting with my phone data for 1:30h. It was very inconvenient. Apart from that, everyone was super friendly and well trained to give a great experience in the hotel. The room was modern, huge and very clean. The bed and pillows are amazing. The bathroom was great, good shower and toiletries, but definitely deserved bigger and thicker towels. The gym was okay, it has a good space and view. The breakfast at the restaurant Trio was delicious and for a fair price. I tried to get a room at the last minute at the front desk which surprisingly was more expensive than reserving in a third-party app. Well, I don't understand how this is possible, but the receptionist only can offer what the system is showing them. I spent a couple of minutes reserving online and completed my check-in at the front desk.
