NEVER would stay again even if it was free The room was bad. The carpet needed cleaning. The water for shower tub leaked. The mattress definitely needed replacing. Several BLACK hairs on comforter and several on sheets. Husband found bug on his bed. We were there for family reunion. We collectively had five rooms and not one other would stay again

Relaxing getaway Weekend getaway for our anniversary. Quiet resort with friendly staff. Rooms are bigger than some hotels. Enjoyed the classic arcade table. Nice to have trail in the woods on-site. Screened in porch is a good place to relax and read. Whirlpool tub is very nice with plenty of hot water.

Amazing place Everything was amazing. The people there were so kind and helpful no matter the time of day. All the recommendations Hannah gave were great. The room looked amazing thanks to alisa. She left a beautiful trail of rose petals and candles which was perfect for our anniversary get away. The jacuzzi was very relaxing and so was the aqua massage. The only downside was that the breakfast did not have a large variety to choose from but there was still cereal, pancakes, or eggs. The indoor heated pool was great and such a contrast to outdoor pools which would be freezing. Me and my partner definitely can't wait to go again, the experience was absolutely amazing and one of the best hotels I have been to.

Brook Pointe is NOT customer friendly. BEWARE! We used to have a favorable view of this establishment, but it has diminished greatly. The facilities are fair at best. The rooms have issues with show heads that could be an easy fix. The staff is barely friendly at best. A few years ago, we became loyalty members but quickly learned that simply means they'll give you a room when they want, not when it's needed. Not to mention they charge you an additional $10 resort fee for NOTHING. It's just another tacked-on added fee for them to cash in on. They will not work with you. The online chat is a joke, they can never answer any questions. It's always "you'll have to call" for this and for that. We're just really sick and tired of being taken advantage of and have canceled our loyalty membership. Too bad that "loyal" customers come last. This is the last of Brook Pointe for us. If you are looking for a hotel that values its customers, this is not the place.

Highly recommend if you want to shut off the world. _ This was our 2nd stay with the romance package. We love it. For us it is a couple days to just shut down. It was very quiet during our stay. We enjoyed the grounds. We did do the aqua massage and it was wonderful. Alisa had our room beautiful for us. A big shout out to her. Thank you again. We will be down with family soon. We purchased the vip loyalty program at the beginning of the year so we will be using that first time.
