Nice place to visit Neat and clean. Good breakfast food. Nice staff. The only problem is that the pricing is a little high (even as a Hilton member). We generally try to stay at a Hampton Inn (or other Hilton) when we travel because they always feel safe, and there are several to choose from in this area.

Would Not Stay Here Again The shower pressure was the lowest I have ever experienced. I feel like I was scammed by the hotel and should receive a refund it was so bad. I checked with occupants of two other rooms and both said the same and one didn't have hot water either. For that reason alone, I would never stay at this hotel again and may never consider a Hampton Inn again. If they are willing to shortchange clients like this, it will probably be a universal attitude. There are so many other hotels around this one. Another criticism is the Fitness room was hot and had two tv screens unconnected. The Peloton Bike was not functional either.

Won’t stay here again! Use to be our go to hotel when traveling through Tallahassee. Never again! Front desk not professional, uninterested in customer service from check in to departure. Room was adequate though odd smell. Couldn’t control AC from wall display. Shower barely sprinkled water. Fifth floor ice machine broken. Couldn’t access internet on computer. Phone not working in the room; confirmed at front desk that some not working! Safety issue!! Afternoon coffee not fresh. Asked for lotion at front desk since none in the room. None to be had. Went down for coffee next morning and saw buffet included eggs, bacon and potatoes. Went back 15 minutes later, 8:45, and no bacon tray at all. And supposedly they served until 10. Interesting to see a big tray of bacon being taken down the hall, to the staff? Wow, what a disaster!!

Hampton Inn a good value for the money. It was your standard Hampton Inn. Clean, good room for the dollar. Friendly staff. No evening amenities, but there never are at a Hampton. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but the standard Hampton breakfast. Always a good value for the money.

DEAD ANTS IN BED there were a few dead ants in the tub but i just washed them down the drain and then i saw a couple more crawling on the ground in the bathroom which made be feel dirty. and worse of all there were 7-8 dead ants in the bed. it was absolutely disgusting and it was around 1 in the morning so i did not called room service but seriously it felt like sleeping in a motel and i couldn’t the sleep i needed because of it. room service needs to do better by either preventing the problem or just checking the room before a guest buys it. and i had room 323 and this room had 2 bed and both beds had ants. i will not be booking here again.
