Satisfied stay Excellent very helpful staff. They were able to give local information that I needed. Very good hot breakfast and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable with a fabulous shower. I also enjoyed the pool area. Would definitely stay here again with the motel being close to restaurants.

Stay with big dog Our second stay here! Very convenient location! Dog approved the doggy station! Room big enough for 2 dog beds.

In-room Jacuzzi King Suite near MacDill AFB Stayed here for the AirFest air show at McDill Air Force base just 9 minutes away. I was here as an exhibiter in the stem hanger, CaptainMama.com. Solo woman traveler. I was absolutely delighted with my stay. I was in Room 109, king suite with its own Jacuzzi bath, which I used every night because airshow. Breakfast was complimentary and included scrambled eggs and sausage. The Mr. & Mrs. Crab juicy seafood place is a 4 minute walk away which is wonderful for dinner on my last night here. I was totally safe walking there and back at night. Every staff member that I interacted with was absolutely attentive and responsive. Truly 100% customer service excellence. Even at the last minute when I was checking out and I told the housekeeper that I was leaving Room 109, he went in there and did a room sweep. He found a book I had left on the window sill and brought it to me in the lobby. Thank you for a comfortable, restful stay. I will be sure to stay here again on my next trip to the Air Force base!

Felt like the old LaQuinta that we all know. What’s pictured on the site/app is not what is reality. This location upon arrival and walking into the building felt like the old LaQuinta’s that we all know…(rundown motels) which is so unfortunate because I believe it is in a good area according to the what it looks like on the strip of water on the way in.

Not what was expected The reviews of this site were the best of several La Quinta’s in the Tampa area, so I can only imagine what the other ones were like! We’ve had great experiences with La Quinta, using them for most of our trips, but this one fell well below our experience and our expectations
