Bad Experience All detailed previously. The longest review I have ever seen. I recommend that communicate any problems and advise what they are doing to reconcile the problem. Then, get approval from the customer. We were kept waiting forever, not understanding what the problem was, and ended up with something not planned or wanted (two rooms).

I Wish I Had Spent More and Gone Elsewhere. To begin with, the door didn't open properly but that can be forgiven. The tile floor of the room was sticky, and the bathroom sink leaked. We had to use a towel so we didn't step in water. The water continued to pool by the bathtub though. I don't understand why management didn't simply take the time to repair the various things wrong with the room. The continental breakfast was skimpy; the orange juice was merely slightly colored water.

Bed bugs They had bed bugs and they don't care. Guy at the desk looked at me like I was crazy. Rude. Unprofessional. Don't seem to keep up on the hotel at all. People sitting outside doing drugs. It was horrible. I wouldn't want that on my property.

The filthiest room I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room was filthy. The staff was rude and refused to refund me my money back. There was a lot of people outside the front door drinking alcohol. This hotel is more of a party place then a family friendly…

Would Not Recommend I wasn't expecting luxury at Super8 but this was dirty and run down. The floors and the bathroom were dirty. There was a coffee maker but no packets of coffee or condiments. The air conditioner ran nonstop and the temperature never changed. The desk clerks were there intermittently so no help there. I'm surprised this is a Wyndham property.
