Close to Old Town and Hot Rod Run Stayed here 3 nights during 2024 Hot Rod Run Weekend. Great location if you come w/o a car. Right on Front St in Old Town. You can walk to restaurants, shops, post office, bus stops, ATMs, liquor & wine shops. My king bed room was small, but adequate for 1 or 2 people. Ample size refrigerator and a microwave. Multipurpose table & 2 straight chairs, flat screen TV on the wall, full-length mirror. Bedside lights and ceiling lights. Plain decor, but clean. No art on the walls, but room had attractive crown moulding. Front desk staffed 24/7. Very helpful. Mgr got me a taxi when I had trouble getting a Uber. Some rooms accessible w/o any steps, others up 1 flight. Some have parking at your door. Prices higher on weekends, but a good deal in general.

So dirty! This place is dirty! There was brown stuff in the sink when we checked in. In the morning I went to make my coffee and when I poured the water in all of this chunky brown stuff came up. I'm disgusted. I know it's a good location, but there's a reason why it's so cheap! Do not stay here!

This place was very dirty. This place was very dirty. The thing it has going for it is the location. When I checked in, I was told I was in the “Extra Room”. It was more like a room they used for themselves. The first thing I noticed was the Urine spot on the toilet seat. Then as I looked around, half the lights didn’t work or were falling out of the ceiling, the sinks were dirty and the sheets didn’t fit the bed. Then I noticed how the room was set up. The bathroom light switch was outside the bathroom, so if you get up at night you must light up the whole room. The tow rack was over in an alcove so there was no place in the bathroom itself for towels. It was just a hodge-podge that looked like it was thrown together as another room for them to make money. When I left in the morning, I was going to talk to someone in the office, but the door was locked, and I had to talk to a man through the window. The only answer he gave me was “okay” over and over. I would not recommend staying here. For $150 , there are better choices.

Not a bad choice--not the Waldorf I saw many terrible reviews. There to judge a horse show @ CRC. Management put us up there. We arrived, newly painted exterior---desk lady was VERY polite and informative. The rooms were recently redone. Coffee, shampoo, towels, soap, shampoo all there. TV new and good. Bathroom was clean, obvious redo--toilet new-- all three, had same experience. No breakfast -- for that area, not good. A club around the corner with bass throbbing until late--fact of life. I would come here again.

Health hazard! Horrifying! Sewage backed up in our bathtub with Feces floating in the water! A horrible Stench filled the room and made us sick. Management refused to give us a refund but there was no way we could stay, nauseating.
