Is This A 2 for $10...My Mistake I booked this hotel via the Choice Hotel site. I thought I was booking the other Quality Inn a few miles away. That was my first disappointment. We check in two rooms for the weekend. The hotel is only two stories, why does the elevator take forever! Get to the room, open the door...oh snap! Someone is still in the room. Our other room we thought was locked from the inside. Turns out you have to turn the handle a certain way to open. Back to the first room, we go to the front desk and tell them the room is occupied. No...they just didn't clean it. They asked if we could wait while they found someone to clean it. Ummm NO! They gave us another room with an adjoining room door that had tape on the lock. About 20 min later there was a loud beating sound. Like someone was beating on our door. We look out, our neighbor is slamming the door trying to get it to lock. REALLY!! This was all within an hour of checking in. Breakfast bar consisted of a few baked goods, weak coffee and a juice machine. The ladies at the front desk were nice and that's all I can say about this stay. I won't be going back.

Good for a night stay We booked this hotel last minute after a botched reservation. The room was a good size and clean. I cannot remember the front desk lady's name (an older lady), but she was very pleasant and we struck up a good conversation. Breakfast was standard continental with the Texas-shaped waffles. For the price, i felt it was not a bad place at all.

Could not say enough about excellent service I was there for family business. Service was excellent. Other family member also arrived. They were able to arrange on my second day to have all five families to stay on the first floor as some of us are older and mobile issues. The staff were very helpful. The woman, who I believe was the manger, Petal, was hard working made our stay the best I have ever had at a hotel/motel. Thank you for are stay with you!

HORRIBLE SAVE YOUR MONEY this hotel is horrible from the room to the customer service. there was blood on my sheets bugs in the room crack pipes and cell phone inside of ice box mold on the shower curtains. like do not get stuck in this situation like i did. save your money. i changed room 3 times. and mannie who is not listed as the property manager stated the best he could do was give me 50% percent off my room. i called customer relations and advised them of this too. and i do have pictures. i will be letting my company know not to ever book with this brand again.

Unexpected hospital stay My mom and I needed to stay while my dad was having a procedure. One night turned into 3 nights so we needed something affordable. Quality Inn gave us a good rate and the rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. The workout room was small but sufficed for a quick workout after sitting in the hospital all day. Breakfast was good and the staff was extremely friendly.
