Candlewood is overpriced! Not worth it! This hotel is under renovation, it was not mentioned when I made reservations. Had old furniture and mattresses on the property which was not a good drive up appeal, there was dirt in the corner. Guest service rep wasn't too friendly. For the price I paid for this hotel it was way too much! Disappointed! Thank goodness it was only for one night. I felt like I was at motel 6.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DON"T STAY!!! Horrible experience. The hotel stinks. There is strong smell to urine and dog's poop. They overcharged . I asked for the rate and later the charges were higher. If you stay a week or more they don't clean your room. I was charged $204 per night for a stinky, dirty room with no breakfast.. I overheard several people complaining about the extra charges at the desk. DO NOT STAY!! There are better hotels close by.

Don't Do It! We had three rooms at this hotel. The room I rented was not too bad. The toilet seat had a hole in it. The toilet paper holder didn't have a "holder". Room two didn't have any issues. Room three(210) was a nightmare. It was filled with roaches. About 1:30 a.m. they got worse. They crawled into the bed on to my granddaughter. We told the guy at the front desk and he seemed unconcerned. Gave us another room (302). The a.c. didn't work. Finally got a room that we could tolerate but was so afraid to sleep. 7 a.m. couldn't come fast enough. Also the walls are so thin you can hear people walking above you.

Don't Stay Here... We would not recommend this hotel, even though it is an IHG property by the hospital. Upon check in, we saw a lobby full of renovation supplies. Our room was extremely old, dirty and had no air conditioning (it was 98 that day). There were no other rooms available, so we checked out with a 30 minute window. They would not issue a refund under any circumstance. Be aware that this hotel is under renovation and you may have a similar experience. This was one of the worst experiences we have had with a hotel.

very rude and inconsiderate staff in front desk I was supposed to stay in this candlewood suit for a month ,however; even though I confirmed with them I had dog and it was supposes to be pet friendly and charged for pet fee. There were no designated suites for people with pets and not designated area for pet walking .always told me what to do what not to do for my dog and very disrespectful and unfriendly .Rooms are too small as well . very poor costumer service and I don't recommend it at all for people with pet as they will give you hard time.
