Days Inn by Wyndham Temple

THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT!!! After checking in and they asked for a $100 deposit I went to my room and looked up reviews and much to my surprise there were bad reviews about them not giving back your deposit even if the room was left in perfect condition, it made me nervous so I made sure the room was perfect when I left and took 18 pictures of every nook and cranny...sure enough I wrote to ask them why my deposit had not been returned yet and they said there was linen they had to throw away because of pink stains. There was ONE towel that had pink on it that was used to wipe up juice that was spilled on the floor and they lied and said they had to throw away all the linen, a COMPLETE LIE! ONE towel would have cost about $15 dollars to replace not the entire $100 dollars that they kept! Besides that the towel was white and I know that bleach would have taken it out and they use bleach on the laundry already anyway. I am attaching the photos of the room left in perfect condition, they did not even have to empty one trash can I took it all out. WARNING THIS HOTEL WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT FOR EVEN THE MOST MINUTE REASON, IT IS WHAT THEY DO...DO NOT STAY HERE GO ON DOWN THE ROAD AND FIND A MORE EXPENSIVE HOTEL WHERE YOU GET YOUR $100 DOLLARS WORTH AND BETTER ACCOMODATIONS BECAUSE IF YOU STAY HERE YOU WILL PAY $100 MORE THAN EXPECTED FOR NOTHING!!!!

Rip off Scam-Deposit The hotel has been recently renovated. The room was very nice and comfortable. I prepaid through Price Line. I have been to this Days Inn several times over the years and have never had a complaint. Upon arrival, I was required to provide a $100.00 deposit. I was surprised , but okay. Manager says that the deposit will be refunded upon inspection by the maid service. Okay. We were only in the hotel a few hours for sleep and showered. Left everything neatly. A few days later, I received a $70.00 refund. I called customer to inquire. She informed me that a towel was damaged. I sent an email to the management. Hello Ms. Joyce Jones, We understand your concern and thank you for bringing it to our attention. Our housekeeping team is trained to report all stains to front desk and management. With some stains we are able to remove others unfortunately are not able to come out. Unfortunately the stained towel that came from your room was not able to come out. Therefore charge will stay. In order to continue providing a great experience to all of our guest, we must enforce our fee(s) policy. I have enclosed the photo taken by our housekeeping team on June 17, 2024 for room 120. It was a picture of a dirty towel!!. I could not believe it!!. This is a scam in order to increase their revenue. I will never stay at Days Inn-Temple again. I dont trust Wyngate eighter if they allow such.

Absolutely the kindest, most helpful desk clerks and management I have ever encountered. Temple Days Inn was convenient to the services I required. The room was clean and the management and desk clerks were absolutely amazing.

Taken advantage of Charged as much for 2 small dogs that 2 adults- Paid $90 for dogs, $90.25 for us. Room was never cleaned, bed sheets not changed.

Ok in a pinch. Room was clean but quite tight with the amenities. Toiletries were two ketchup pack sized packets of shampoo.
