Adequate….enough said. Check in was good…front desk clerk was very friendly. Lobby and breakfast area look nice. Obviously an older facility that has been remodeled. Rooms still seem dark. Windows have the old pull together blinds that don’t close properly. Air conditioner in the room we stayed in did not work properly. Turned to 68 degrees and still struggled to keep room cool. Toilet handle sticks so have to remember to pull up on it to keep water from running. Breakfast….hmmm…standard Hampton fare, which is usually good. But….. Biscuits were so hard that my husband broke his fork in it…even with thick gravy on it. Fresh fruit other than over ripe bananas would be nice. I was not ask how everything was at check out…so I volunteered the info. Will probably give it a second chance, but I would consider this Hampton as adequate.

I would stay here again. Everything was as it should be. Large 50 inch TV bed mattress was comfortable but a little hard. Breakfast was good, except the biscuits were hard as baseballs when I commented about it they cooked some more. Front desk staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. Room was very good except for a few marks here there on the wall.

Non functioning Peloton Once again a Hilton property with a NONE functional Peloton! No ability to connect to internet…not even hot spot on my own devise. Error message says call support __‍♂️. If these properties cannot be competent enough to provide a functioning Peloton… I’m better off to stay at Marriott as they have a better rewards plan !!!

Good experience for tired travelers Great staff and wonderful stay. Erica was so helpful and kind with us tired travelers. The breakfast had a nice selection, the parking was convenient, and the place felt safe and comfortable. The pool water was a bit cold, even with the hot days. The hotel overall was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. We will stay here again.

Disappointed Absolutely feel taken advantage of by both Expedia and the Hilton hotel. We paid $170 for one night in one of the smallest unequipped rooms we have been in. Pillows are tiny, room is tiny, bed is uncomfortable, gym is poor quality with broken equipment, among many other complaints. The staff tells us after we get in our room and complain that this is a “standard room” for Hotels.com aka Expedia and is different from a standard room that you book from Hilton which is much bigger and nicer. The Hilton staff seem very well trained to blame everything on Expedia. There is a Holiday Inn next door that we would recommend people stay at. It’s a fraction of the price with far better services and room quality.
