So What If It's An Older Property.... it seems very well maintained and provided a comfortable night's rest. No noise issues, good bed, and the bathtub wasn't one of those canoe-shaped inserts a lot of older motels have. I would be glad to return.

If this is the best in Thomaston, that’s sad. Stay in Warm Springs. I hear it is much nicer!! Our room was not clean. There was dust on the ceiling and wall. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. Dirt caked in the corners of the bathroom. Hair on the bathtub. The morning we were to check out I got up to take a shower and the ceiling was leaking over the tub and a section of the “popcorn” stuff had fallen into the bathtub. I complained to the lady when we checked out and showed her the video I took and asked for my money back. She would only refund one night. We would not have stayed here at all once we saw the condition of it but we had other family coming in for my son’s wedding and there was literally nowhere else to go. We were also told this was the best place to stay in Thomaston!! Never again.

Older hotel, reasonably good value Overall this hotel had friendly staff and a clean room. They shouldn't claim to have a continental breakfast. That was lame. A few mini-muffins. Other than the ridiculous breakfast though, we were pleased. There is a Waffle House just up the road.

Quality Inn Thomaston, full bed bugs, the worst experience I ever had in a room. It had a bad smell in that room. I had to buy my own bleach and wash the bathroom floor and the toilet and the bath and washed all surfaces. The room was so smelly and very dark. The bed was full of bed bugs. The breakfast was horrendous. The Quality Inn cleaner must have used my bath sponge because it went brown instead of its usual white. I have never felt so squeamish in a room. The outlay of the room was not bad, it was quite nice and the shower was not bad...but extremely dirty and smelly with bed bugs. I had to ask them to change the smelly shower curtain and to unblock the bath drain which they did immediately. The bed bugs were the worst thing. I bought a new pill for myself. The staff were nice. They need to get better cleaning staff.

great value, good location, poor cell phone reception I have stayed there many time, and will again. Great value, good location, but very poor cell phone reception. They have upgraded the facility, and i have been told they are working on improving cell phone reception, too.
