Best customer service The Gal at desk was outstanding she was so accomadating she was older with short hair , she went above and beyond to give us some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! Our room was clean and comfortable. Pool was fantastic ! Heated and easy to get into.

Great Stay Excellent property and staff. Clean updated rooms with everything anyone would need. Common areas are nice and spotless. Large new TV’s in the rooms and beds. Nice gazebo area to sit outside at and a propane fire feature. Best place to stay when in Tomahawk.

Nice place The room and the hotel were clean and there was ample parking. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was really good (I was on the 3rd floor). Breakfast was good, loved that they had a waffle maker!

Don’t get a room next to the rooms that allow dogs in the room The hotel was fine, the room was fine. The problem I had was a dog barking for hours, when I was trying to sleep. I wasn’t told that my room was near the rooms that allow pets. I would have thought a manager would have walked around the hotel and they would have hear the barking.

Clean, Comfortable Hotel My friend chose this hotel because we were going to the KISS concert in Crandon and at the time of booking was the closest hotel she could come up with. On our way to Crandon, we stopped in just to tell the front desk we wouldn't be arriving until the wee hours of the morning & we wanted to make sure they wouldn't give our room away. The girl at the desk was apologetic that our room was not ready for us, even though it was obviously too early to check in, and she assured us our room would be waiting for us when we returned. When we arrived around 2am, everything was as promised. Front desk staffed 24 hours. The entire hotel has been recently renovated and looked brand new. Full breakfast served in the morning. Friendly, outgoing staff. I would highly recommend this hotel whenever traveling through the area.
