Tiny, TINY bathroom and TWO Conditioner and NO Shampoo! The front desk staff were very kind and friendly. I would give this hotel a 3+ if possible. They need to read their bottles in the shower, ie Dove Conditioner / Dove Body Wash / and …… Dove Conditioner #2 (see Photos) Once you are in the shower and don’t see shampoo it is too late to get out. The living area was very nice but the bathroom was very tiny and needed some repair work. Over all this is a nice hotel but it is time for a refresh and update the rooms.

Needs upgrades and cleaning in some areas This could be a great hotel with some upgrades and a good cleaning. The carpets are in pretty bad shape. Baseboards and walls in rooms need cleaned. Walls need painted. Doors need replaced or refinished. Needs new towels mine had threads hanging from them. Staff is great and my concerns were addressed with the manager. Grounds also need trash picked up. Husband said hot tub and pool area were great!

Terrible Sleep I am not one to write reviews but was very disappointed in our stay. I booked this hotel as an overnight stay for our roadtrip and planned to stay here each way but canceled our other reservation due to the poor quality. The place wasn’t clean, we had a gnat flying in our room, the beds were terrible and squeaked every time you moved (which was a lot trying to get comfortable). All the walls were very thin and even the outside traffic was loud. The air conditioner didn’t very good. The only good things I can say is the check in guy was nice and friendly and the location was convenient.

Ok Hotel was ok. One luggage roller rack for entire hotel. Breakfast nothing special. Went to put gravy on my biscuits but couldn’t find any. I asked the lady where the gravy was, and she said the can opener broke on Sunday, so we haven’t had any gravy since. So why would you put biscuits out, if there’s no gravy? This was on Tuesday morning. There was a Walmart super close, you’d think the manager would go get one. I started to use the blow dryer in the room but it made a LOUD crack noise & started smoking really bad. I unplugged it and gave it to the front desk and told Nisha to throw it away because it doesn’t work, and told her you can smell it because it smells like it’s still burning. On the plus side, the bed/pillows were fantastic!

BEWARE: Not what you would expect from IHG! I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews, but I want to be honest. - The location and parking lot were sketchy (see photo) - Our outdated room smelled musty from damp carpets. - The alarm clock went off at 4 A.M. because it was not reset. - The manager was indifferent, he gave us a small credit but argued with me about the dampness of the carpet and smell of the room. He apologized about the alarm clock but basically said 'it happens.' I let him know I am an IHG Rewards member and until now have trusted IHG Hotels. He advised me to call the 800 number and file a complaint, so I did. I hope they improve their hotel, and customer service, I wish them the best.
