Hidden Gem Tucked Away My friend and I were in the area and decided to check into the winham of Troy. Following the GPS to navigate since it is tucked away and a little difficult to find we were mind blown on how beautiful it was. Upon entering, the beautiful decor and flooring catches your eyes immediately and how fragrant and clean the lobby is. The front desk clerk was very professional with our check in and recommended the Fireside Tavern which is the restaurant inside the hotel that is open during the week starting at 3pm. More on that below in the review. We booked two double beds for 4 days and the room is spacious, clean and the bathroom lighting is wonderful. Only downside was the low lighting next to the open closet near the front door inside the room. My friend had no light to hang their clothes and was hard to see and begs to have a. light either in the closet (push on and off) or fixture light. Our TV is a big TV with option to watch channels in HD. Our room has a deck facing the pool which is a plus and overall decor of the rooms and halls was wonderful. The hallways on our floor were kept up with the housekeepers and the smell of fresh laundry and linen filled the air. This tells you how nice this hotel is kept. The fitness room has two large multi station workout machines with the option to adjust the weights with a peg. They also have free weights various in weights and two treadmills. All awhile watching the large TV in the room and the cold ac. The outdoor pool is very clean and goes. from 3ft to 9ft In depths. They have multiple lounge chairs to catch sunrays and umbrella tables. The fireside restaurant is a gem hidden inside the hotel is fireside tavern. a restaurant with a vast selection of foods. My friend choose the nachos and I choose the fried chicken sandwhich but our server recommended the grilled chicken sandwich with a Chipotle sauce on a brioche bun so I choose that. We were served in under 10 minutes. My friends nachos was a big plate with seasoned beef and cheese with jalapeños with sour cream and salsa. My grilled chicken was perfectly cooked and the pickles I was told was home pickled and the sauce was also a personal recipe. A win win and very delicious with a large portion of fries. They also have happy hour from 3pm - 6pm for half off their beer and wine selections. Overall, the hotel is spacious, clean, the pool is well kept and relaxing, the beds are cozy and the deck although small in the room, still gives you a nice view. Decor is up to date, the fitness center and business centers are nicely kept and the fireside tavern has great food and good happy hour prices. off Rochester road north of 15 mile. Rochester road splits to the north as you go around the corner so be cautious or you will miss the turn and be routed to Stevenson highway which has a lot of construction going on at the time of this review. Just take Stevenson back to 15 mile and loop back to Rochester road of you miss the turn. it's way easier.

Good renovation, could use some deeper cleaning and window washing overall. Hair dryer and extra roll of tp would be nice to have. Was a little short on breakfast choices and juice despenser didn't work. ...............................

Satisfactory Accommodations were fine. Room was clean, but smelled like pot when we arrived. It was better the second day. The tub faucet drips and there’s a gap in the sliding door that lets the outside air and noise in. It appears that the frame is warped.

Sub standard hotel with all fquantity acility with poor quality service Overall Hotel promises good facility from gym, swim, breakfast ..So its okay family getaway for cheap pricing. But for personal/business it might not be suitable as there are many noise and neughbours are variable wreck and during my stay there was police vist due to disturbance. Pathetic internet., Couldnt even use for whatsapp voice call., House keeping doesnt stick to even twice a week for cleaning as promised.

Come and Experience yourself Excellent front desk, maid service, and restaurant made the best chicken strips dinner. The swimming pool was delightful. I recommend this hotel even if its for a weekend getaway. This is definitely the hotel to book!! If you’re traveling come stay at this Wyndham hotel.
