Never again The room was alright minus the tub. Room was not anywhere close to a 300$ room in my opinion. Outside looked a little run down with all the containers,tarps and tables all along the lower level due to the gem show

Beds were broken Beds were broke couldn't sleep air didn't work lock on door was broken. Water in shower sucked had to have the tub on while using the shower head. Fridge didn't work phone was broken couldn't call down tried using cell phone and there was no answer

Disgusting Room was extremely disgusting with large dark stains all over the furniture, brownish red stains on the linen and curtains, and check out clerk was very rude. I reported the uncleanness of the room to the clerk right after checking in and they did nothing about it.

Worst hotel experience of our lives This is truly a 1 star hotel. It is dirty and falling apart. The key fobs deactivate easily, and in fact our key fob device on the door broke and locked us out late at night. The service staff were annoyed to have to help us get a new room, never offered to help us move our stuff or apologize and we waited hours to get this awful situation settled. Then the smoke alarm in the new room chirped all night. In the AM, we woke up to a broken shower which did not get fixed for hours. There was rude service people in the lobby that were totally unapologetic, unsympathetic and never offered anything to help us or make our experience better than awful. Our keys were deactivated over and over the next day as well. The freeway noise kept us up at night. You’ll regret booking this hotel so please avoid at all costs!

Unhappy time I was expecting a cleaner/newer and up to date features in the bathroom. Name on credit card bill is different than what I expected. People guarding the parking lot were rude. The overall staying was not satisfying
