WARNING LOUD CONSTRUCTION Disaster. Do not stay at this hotel without confirmation that construction is done. Loud drilling sanding hammering you name it all day. It's so loud. If you want a decent view this is not the place. All I could see was the highway which is very noisy as well. The pool and hot tub are nice but the hot tub is hit or miss on turning the jets on. They do have adult swim from 10:30 to midnight which was nice. Breakfast is great with lots of options and made to order omelets. Between 5:30 and 7 they have a social hour with snacks and 2 free drinks per person. There is also a steak house but we didn't try it. The lobby is extremely cold so take a sweater or jacket! Unfortunately you can't use the outdoor area by the pool because of the construction. Definitely as for a room by the elevator because it's a long walk. With the construction the only floors with an ice machine are 1 and 9. The shower floor is extremely slick. We ended up laying a towel down in the shower because it was so bad. The hot water takes a while to kick in. The shower does have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is no lotion provided. If you are a Stanley/Swig person the wet bar sink is horrible to wash them out in! Take paper towels! There is free parking on site. I would probably stay at this location again AFTER all construction is done. Staff was great!

You didn’t really expect food at reception We have always had great experience at Embassy suites hotels. This place was a different story. In the middle of renovation, which apparently has been going on for a couple years ( per staff). Evening reception was some Chex mix types, snacks with cantaloupe and one crispy treat. We were there close to an hour and it was not replenished. Unlike most places that will give you drinks for the kids and two alcoholic beverages per adult, their evening reception includes the adult beverages and nothing for the children. Bedrooms were clean but basic.

Avoid this hotel - crazy loud construction going on. My family stayed here the weekend of 7/5-7/9. The website says they are doing some renovations. What they don't tell you is there is someone drilling starting at 8:00 in the morning just on the other side of your door. It is so loud that we can't have a phone conversation in the room. I have to work remotely. They should not have allowed guests to stay in the rooms next to the construction. The noise level is mind rackinginly LOUD and in the morning. The front desk staff explained that corporate told them not to offer anything in response to the complaints. The basic company statement that "the guest rooms will be undergoing renovations" doesn't cut it. Shame on Hilton. I've always frequented Embassy Suites as a Hilton Diamond Club member. This is the worst experience and least amount of sleep we've ever had a Hilton property.

Good features - but check for flaws first This hotel is currently under renovation, so you can expect some quirks. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is generous, including made-to-order omelettes. The bar staff is friendly and very capable. However, be sure to check your room for flaws immediately upon check-in. Ours had a bathroom door that didn’t close, a shower head that fell off (and when reattached, spewed water all over the ceiling and floor), and a shower floor surface that was dangerously slick. Ventilation was poor, despite our being able to set the HVAC fan to run all the time. Let’s hope the renovations improve that.
