Nice Room This hotel is reasonable and I would stay here again. The suggestion I would like to give is, please remove the carpet; it makes the rooms smell horrible. Breakfast is fair, and customer service is excellent. Elevator can be a bit of a concern but at least they do have one. They have a wash area for clothes, didn't use and vending. The location is great, around useful things. Swimming pool also. I liked my stay and wanted to love it, but hopefully, the carpet will not be here when I return. Union, MO great town. Thanks Super 8 staff and cleaning hostesses.

Inexpensive and clean It was a decent room for the price and location. My daughter and her friend had a good time at six flags

Not worth it! We were in Union, MO for a mandatory gathering. I was hopeful the hotel would be nice given the past reviews on Google, especially given that Wyndham hotels are usually nice. However that was not the case. There is an obviously musky/damp smell when you walk in. If it wasn’t a mandatory thing, I would have chose a completely different hotel. The moment we opened the door to the room, I immediately felt the dampness from the room. The fire alarms went off at 2-3 am which wasn’t necessarily the hotels fault, but it was very annoying. The hallway smelled of weed, likely from other residents (once again, not necessarily the hotels fault). I wore crocs in the shower because it just didn’t feel clean. Overall, just not a great experience. Additionally, I believe I may have symptoms of mold exposure (I’ve been exposed in the past and had similar symptoms). I’m very upset.

A good stay on our Route 66 trip! Out room was clean and tidy, with the hotel being in a good location as we initially were looking at staying St Louis, however we found this to be more expensive, so due to this we drove a bit further out and found ourselves in Union. We found that the top sheet bedding had holes on it, with some marks on the walls but was still clean and tidy. The breakfast was alright, however not a great selection. The reception desk seemed to lack enthusiasm when checking in, which seemed a little unwelcoming, however was fine all around.

Very Disappointing Stay We had reserved a handicap room well over a month ago. When checking in, we were told they gave the room we reserved to someone else the day before. They gave us the “other” handicap room that was in no way for handicapped. No grab bars in the tub, no shower wand. They did bring us a shower stool but no bars on the toilet either. The room they gave us was at the far end of the hallway, no handicap parking, no ramp to walk up, no where close to the breakfast room. The lady that checked us in did take a luggage cart down the hall for us but still we had to take it back. My husband and I both have mobility issues and we NEVER would have reserved a regular room. Incredibly disappointing! We would not have stayed here but it was only for one night and no other hotels in the area.
