Tina discriminates against disabled adults and autistic children. I was on a business trip and lived at the Vacaville ESA from January until May 1st. It was noisy and full of issues, but I stayed because my child (who has autism) wanted to finish the school year there. The manager Tina was extremely rude and did not help me when I asked repeatedly to receive my taxes back on my months long stay. Finally, one of the front desk workers (Amor) said just come down every Saturday and we’ll just extend your reservation with her, which worked for several weeks. Suddenly, on May 1st, we were awakened by banging on the door and my son said to come down to complete our reservation now. At 12, I went down to pay and was told our room was booked. I asked how the room could be booked since I was still living there and the front desk staff just said I needed to leave because they can rent my room for $350 a night because of something happening in Napa. I am 51 disabled woman who is partially blind, paralyzed and disabled with a son with autism. We had just shopped for the month of June the night previous and had several big items from (Costco/Sam’s) and I told Tina that it was going to take two trips as soon as I could find a new place to stay. She preceded to start screaming at me at said, “I’ve had a stroke, too! That’s not a big deal!” She then preceded to call every 15 minutes screaming at us to hurry. She even said that “I’m coming down there!” She never spoke to me in person. She never apologized. However, her staff were crying and shaking after she arrived and was screaming at them as well. I finally made a reservation at another hotel 40 minutes away. My autistic son’s school bus is too far to take him to school from here. Just when I was settled in my new ESA and had calmed down my autistic son for the next day, I received a call from a wonderful woman - the manager at the Fairfield location. She explained to me that ESA increased the prices of ALL locations close to Napa because of some event happening there. She said she had the same thing happen to one of her long term guests, too, but she herself actually made reservations at a new location so that they could move. She also said Tina, the Manager placed me into the ESA’s DO NOT RENT file and the current ESA will current ESA will kick out as soon as they discover us in the DO NO RENT ESA wide file. If they had told me earlier like Fairfield had or helped me find another location like Fairfield had, my exit would have been faster, but there was only so much for me to do in my situation. However, denying us housing based on disability discrimination is ridiculous. I even told the manager if she wants to ban me from her location, I understand, but to ban me from every ESA is ridiculous and ableist. I have asked Tina to call me. I left word at the hotel, but as usual, she is never there and refuses to return phone calls.

Convenient but smells like pot smoke I stayed at this hotel on President’s Day Week for a trip back to my hometown to visit family. I like this hotel because of its convenient location, relatively safe parking lot, all the rooms have a kitchen and they have a great pet policy (I was traveling with a dog). In the same center, there’s a Starbucks and restaurant and the freeway is right there. It is definitely convenient. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the night folks were definitely not as nice. The things I did NOT like were pretty bad. 1) The hallways wreak of pot smoke. It’s disgusting. Californians have apparently gotten used to this, but out of state visitors will find this very disconcerting and it’s not really safe for small pets. Good news, it didn’t permeate into my room too much. 2) You had to ask the staff for any kitchen items you may need and you have to be very specific or else you’ll have to make another request. For example, the kitchen cabinets were empty so I asked for a pot and 2 place settings, but I forgot I needed a spoon for stirring what I was cooking, so I had to go back downstairs to ask for it, no one would bring it upstairs. It’s a waste of my time. Just have the stuff in the rooms! 3) The “stove” is just a hot plate that does not work very well and smells like weird smoke when you turn it on. If staying here, I would only count on the microwave and refrigerator. I don’t think I would stay here again unless it was only for 1 night and I did not need a kitchen. But for a place to rest your head for a night, it’s fine and the convenient location is great.

Sub-par CX service The front desk doesnt seem to know what is going on and they advise using a third party because they directly have issues with reservations. The room was nice enough and clean but the service was abysmal
