Great hotel along 1-75 Great stay right off 1-75. We like the free herbal tea and coffee available 24-7 and all of the USB ports for apple devices. It was a brand new modern room with lots of storage and ergonomic touches. Nice outdoor pool. Great breakfast with cinnamon rolls, fruit and eggs. We didn't hear the noise from the highway at all. Liked how close restaurants were like Outback steakhouse.

Nothing Special It certainly wasn’t up to the standards we were used to before the scamdemic. They appeared to have limited staff, and by extension limited service. Rooms weren’t as clean as the should be. You can see dust and worse along the edges of the carpets and corners of walls , halls, and in the rooms. I think they, like so many companies, are struggling with hiring and keeping good people. All in all IHG properties appear to have gone down hill since this virus crap.

A terrific stay at a reasonable price This IHG property ticks all of the boxes for a great guest experience. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, our platinum status and amenities were acknowledged, the water pressure is excellent, the internet is fast, the room is immaculate, the bed is very comfortable, and parking is easy - it's all good. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Valdosta. And definitely check out the great food at the nearby restaurant, Big Nick's.

A Good Night's Sleep. Driving from Nashville, I got tired and stopped here on my way to Florida. I like most Holdiay Inns. They don't all offer the same things though. On this same trip I stayed at an IHG, Holiday Inn, my room had a jacuzzi in my room. There are restaurants, shopping and gas stations very close to this hotel.

Great hotel except if you are facing I-75! Clean, bright modern facility. Looked updated. Bright colors, very friendly staff. Shower was great, beds good. Real ceramic tub, large bathroom, safe and iron/board in room, small refrigerator, has electric car chargers in parking lot, Keurig coffee maker in room. Elevator inspected and smooth/quiet. Tile floors in some common area. Vending area weak, only drinks at $3 a pop. No bible in room. Breakfast was above average with the famous Holiday Inn Express cinnamon rolls! Overall, a very nice hotel except - yes, there is an exception - if you get a room facing the interstate you will hear traffic all night long. Especially the 18 wheelers. It is so bad the hotel provides ear plugs!!! They may need to replace the windows with impact resistant glass that cuts down on the noise. Ear plugs is not going to do it.
