For the price, it's a good deal. Hotel is nice, but just a heads up their pull out mattress in the living room is extremely uncomfortable. Also, their complimentary happy hour for guests is disappointing, compared to other Embassy Suites. You're only allowed 2 drinks per person!

Poor experience, better to avoid We had booked 2 rooms. The ventilator / exhaust was not working on either of the rooms. There are no windows either. This means the bathroom gets very stinky very fast. We had to manually keep the door open and run a fan to manage the smell. We tried contacting the hotel staff, they basically said they are unable to do anything about the situation. I do not blame the staff here, they were polite and apologetic . But I am super annoyed that the hotel management do not prioritize fixing something so basic and important. If it's just one room I could have accepted that as a one-off but when the same problem occurs in multiple rooms, it's clearly poor management / something is failing.

Not as good as it used to be The hotel is fine. The rooms are okay, but old. The televisions do not rotate and can not face the desk or table. The front desk staff are the best part of the hotel. They welcoming, friendly, and very much ready to take care of your needs. They host a reception each night, but now it is limited to 90 minutes starting at 5pm. Therefore, it limits people working a little later like many people do when traveling. You also now need a ticket and limit to small drinks. New rules, less welcoming, and now feels cheap. The bar does not feel welcoming. There are people sitting, but taking up multiple chairs. The bar tenders did not seem welcoming or looking to help. Overall, the hotel is fine, but no longer .y first choice when in the area.

Won’t stay here again. Dirty and dingy and needs a remodel We stayed here for four nights in early May, 2024. We stay at Embassy Suites often and have been at over 25 around the US. We were very disappointed in this one and should have left after the first night First our room stunk. I have no idea why. Once we were in it for a few minutes we stopped noticing it. The room seemed old and dirty. The carpet in the hallway seemed old and dirty. We were on the 4th floor or higher. This is not like a regular Embassy Suites where there is an inner atrium. It has a pool outdoors in the center. We had breakfast there one morning and I think it was fine. The employees seem really nice and they are responsive Also there was a film crew there for a whole day and night and a lot of areas blocked off in the hotel and the parking lot. They handled it pretty well and we weren’t too inconvenienced. But beware they do charge for parking. Also you can park on the street for free, which is what we did, except for the night the film crew filled up the street parking. We won’t ever stay here again.

Okay But In Need Of Updating The positive: good location. Staff is good, bar staff is excellent and friendly. Remembered us from the previous years stay. Free breakfast is good. Different than most others free breakfast, embassy cooks to order, omelettes, eggs, in addition to typical buffet items. Bar is friendly and dinner choices pretty good. The bad: hotel is in great need of updating. 1st floor common area has peeling paint and water stains on ceiling. Been there at least a year. Tables are not bussed regularly so patrons had to bus tables in order to sit. Guest rooms are old and very dated. Furniture, desks, chairs ready for Goodwill. Bathrooms are stained and smell from mold. Almost no water pressure. HVAC rattles whenever it runs. No internet in 4th floor room. Mentioned to front desk but issue never resolved. Charging $15 a day to park in lot is thievery.
