St Regis in Vancouver An Art Deco styled hotel. My first impression when we walked into the hotel was interesting as Brent was there to greet us, he is always smiling. However, the entry way had a peculiar smell. Our room was lovely and comfortable. We had breakfast there each morning. We had stayed 5 nights. We did go to the grill one night that is affiliated with the hotel . Food was good and I would call it simple pub grub. The staff at the desk particularly Juan was helpful with answering questions. The hotel is located to various transportation and restaurants. I would certainly say the service here was very good which not only includes the front desk but the breakfast staff and the Grill staff as well.

St. Regis Hotel Stay Had my vacation in Vancouver staying in St. Regis Hotel. This is an excellent boutique hotel with its unique branding, character, and high standards of quality. Excellent location within city center and nearby Skytrain stations. Kudos to the staff who are friendly, helpful, personal, and professional in their service.

First time in Vancouver and St Regis. Would return Nicely located. The entire staff was more than helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was freshly made and very good. The bartender and other people in the bar and grill were friendly and knowledgeable. Have never been to Vancouver before, St Regis provided an extremely pleasant experience.

Fancy hotel My husband and I and our two kids (8) and (10) stayed here for two days before leaving for our Alaskan cruise. The hotel itself is a very fine one--posh and recently renovated. Everything was very clean. The service was above and beyond. We were staying in a small suite, so the kids were on the pull-out couch. The first doorman who brought our luggage up made the couch up for them and then brought more chocolates for the kiddos. The included breakfast was top-notch--lovely and relaxing. It is a fairly small hotel, so if you were staying with four people (like we were) for longer, it might feel cramped. It was perfect for two nights though. My husband's one complaint was that there was no door in-between the kids' sleeping area and our bedroom. Other than that, it was perfect. It is also located in a central area to the city, so we could walk to many things. This place was really great. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional in Every way! This Hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff are always present and very helpful. The decor is classy and beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and meticulously clean! This is a small, private property which is run by people who really care about the quality of the experience of they provide. It is also within easy walking distance to Gastown, and many other great locations in downtown.
