Great experience!! This was our first stay at a Holiday Inn Express. We had the king suite, which was very nice. The room, the lobby, the cafe area and the outside of this hotel were spotless. The employees were very nice, and I was very impressed overall. This hotel has all of the cute extra touches, like a little notepad and pen on the desk in the room, make up remover pads by the sink, Keurig, etc. I was surprised at how nice everything was. The breakfast was also really good. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay again.

Not worth $215 for the night. Barking dogs smelled like pee, not equal access with people with disabilities. Not worth $215 per night. Smelled like dog pee, not equal access with people with disabilities. See photos I included. Barking dogs everywhere. One staff member tried to accommodate me, but the place definitely was not a Holiday Inn express it looks like a motel six they converted very old inside not helpful at all elevator access to the second floor, but the door which was not neededto the second floor would not stay open. It fell on my arm.

Great attitude to the problem that was resolved So....we arrived to our room that had an obviously used toilet. The front desk of course apologized and cleaned it up with a nice attitude yet everywhere still felt unclean. This experience makes you question light switches, door handles and the like. Front desk person was great and would have done anything to make it right so we will not fault the hotel but the cleaning people. Nice otherwise.

Top notch service & a great stay. Super friendly and helpful staff! Room was very clean and I was impressed with the breakfast; omelettes, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, cereal etc. we had an issue or two with our room key and the front desk person working on Sunday, 5/27 was so very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Even the person who was cleaning our room was super helpful. All around - I was impressed!

For Us --- Excellent Stay For us, we were very pleased with our stay. Room was clean, cozy, parking great, walk area for our small dog ideal, breakfast buffet hot, fresh, and clean. Snack shop complete as it conveniently has ice cream - the good stuff! Staff we met nice and helpful. We will be back!
