Clean, comfortable, delicious free breakfast Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Fresh cookies and donuts at reception and a superb breakfast buffet with really delicious hot cinnamon buns and a wealth of other offerings. The red rose bushes blooming out front were gorgeous. Beds very comfortable, rooms clean and bright. Odd yet comfy chaise lounge in room was an amusing decorative choice. Would highly recommend this hotel and this chain in general.

Stay elsewhere 3 stays in the past 6 weeks. 1st stay, checked in around 8pm, unpacked, and found feces in multiple spots on the carpet. Actual feces. Called the front desk, asked to be moved, was told no due to a full house. The front desk guy came, confirmed the disgusting mess, and placed towels over it as a solution. Since everywhere else was booked, we were stuck for the night. 3rd stay, checked in around 8 again, settled in, unpacked, and then discovered there was no running water. Not in the faucet, shower, or toilet. Call the front desk, clerk did not seem to believe me, said he would come and inspect. Eventually he shows up, confirms there is no water, and seems unsure what to do. Tell him to move us, unless the entire building is without water, and he eventually moves us to the room directly across from the elevator, with all the noise that brings. The USB outlets also were falling out of the wall, and did not work. Finally, the hotel fire alarm went off around 10pm, forcing everyone outside for a good half hour, with no explanations or apologies. This place is a blotch on the IHG brand. Staff does not care, maintenance and housekeeping is abysmal.

Retirement trip Very nice hotel, great location. Clean rooms. A/C works fine. Breakfast is the usual. There is a smell in the hall, not sure what it is. There are a lot of construction workers staying there so could’ve from their muddy boots.

Needs Upgrades I would really give this hotel a 2.5 star rating. Front desk staff was pretty friendly. No issues there. The shower in our room had chips in several areas and there was rust around the overflow area under the spigot. We found ants underneath the sink in the bathroom, but they did address this pretty quickly when we called. Unlike one reviewer who said his foot got burned by the hot water, our experience was the exact reverse. It was necessary to let it run awhile to get warm, but never really hot. Better than a cold shower. Dated describes it best. If you want to stay near BU, it’s convenient. If you are willing to stay out a bit, I’m sure there are better locations.

Good location, breakfast was okay at best Comfortable beds, good location. Breakfast was just okay, no pancakes, as the machine was broken. The pool was closed. The tv in my room was crooked. The air conditioning was excellent as was the water pressure in the shower. The room was a little more expensive than other hotels in the area. It’s a good choice for a night or two.
