Very Good The check in was friendly. Ms. Christy was the nicest hotel clerk you could hope for. There were 3 others checking in and she was getting the job done with a really welcoming attitude. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked fine. The only thing was that the microwave wouldn't come on to reheat my coffee but I didn't really need it so I didn't report that until I checked out. There is a Waffle House right next door that you can walk to. Everything was good, nothing bad to say.

Econo Lodges are addicting! I recently stayed at the Econo Lodge in Vicksburg, MS, and overall, it was a positive experience. The room had a lingering smell of smoke, which was a downside for a non-smoker like me. Additionally, being on the ground floor would have been preferable. However, aside from these issues, the stay was generally enjoyable, and I appreciated other aspects of the accommodations. If one thing is for sure, there is far less stress at Econo Lodge!

Dirty and Run Down My first impression of the room was from the smell. The stench of air freshener/spray was so overwhelming that it burned my throat and eyes. I tried airing out the room by turning on the bathroom fan and opening the door, but the scent was unrelenting. The quantity of spray they used in that room led me to believe that it was hiding something sinister. I always check the bed first thing, and the coverlet was stained and cigarette burned even though it was a non-smoking room. The walls, front door, and curtains were all filthy. The bathroom was unpleasant and rust stained and the bottom of the tub appeared grey. The sheets looked relatively clean, but it was hard to tell because not a single bulb in the room was brighter than 25 watts. Probably for the best though, since I’d seen quite enough already. If my truck had not been jam packed with moving boxes I would have slept in there instead.

Nice enough for an overnight stay. I had no problems with my stay. The room was clean and the internet worked well. Check-in and check-out were easy and friendly. The hotel is a bit dated and feels really sparse with only a huge concrete parking lot and the remains of a pool mostly filled in with dirt. Good enough for an overnight stay.

I would give a zero if it were available This is an older motel that has tried to keep up. The room was clean. It is in a good location. The pool has been filled with soil so there is no pool. Now for the problems. We booked and paid for a room for several nights. There is a $10,00 per pet per night fee. We paid $50,00 up front as well as an early arrival fee of $25,00, The woman who checked us in stated that she had to have cash. While we thought that odd, we paid the $75.00, Unfortunately, we experienced a family emergency and had to leave early, Not only did we not get our room money back, we found out that the cash money was not recorded. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.
