Another great stay This is definitely one of the good (and stil good!) WIngate locations. Great all around and close to needed shopping and other areas of interest. Easy highway access as well, and pefect stop along our broader weekend route. Everyone here is super friendly and the management takes a personal interest in each and every room, customer and stay!

Worst experience Money was taken out of my bank account. When I called to find out what the charges were for they had no clue other than they promised all money would be returned. Unfortunately that didn’t stop over draft and over draft fees!

Visiting family Everything was great other then me having to clean someone else’s hair out the shower.. staff was super friendly, jacuzzi was nice and clean, check in and check out was fast easy and convenient, breakfast was good when we did eat it, we didn’t get a chance to go in the pool cause it closes at 8 and we were there to visit family

Solid Stay with Good ADA Room Visited for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised with the accomodations. We needed an ADA handicap accessible room which was not available at the group wedding rate, but one phone call to their sales department and they were more than happy to switch to the accessible room for us at the discounted rate. Lobby was very clean, mini convenient store was a nice touch, plenty of parking. Accessible room was located on the first floor, and it was as standard as ADA rooms goes. Love that it was a roll-under sink and a true roll-in shower, plenty of grab bars around the toilet. Bed was probably still a little high so if you have limited mobility with transfers, be forewarned as there is not a hoyer lift. Forced AC unit was nice and kept the room nice and cool. No closet or even a rack to hang clothes so we had to use the hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang our wedding clothes. The room also has a mini fridge and a safe. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was not classic bacon, eggs, hash browns, etc. that I was hoping for but rather biscuits and gravy. Cucumber water was a nice touch, but the coffee was weak. Overall, a good stay.

Bait-and switch pricing past the '1st day' Clean, nice staff, good size rooms, but they charge whatever they feel like for any days past the 1st one.
