Great hotel The rooms are clean, property is well maintained, and the staff has been very helpful to me and my family. If you are looking for a good value especially on busy Baylor weekend, this is a good place to stay. We also like that La Fiesta is next door serving good mexican food and nice sports bar with all the game on.

Very poor owners and hotel overall. Unsafe and unfit even at the price point. Firstly, I never try to leave a negative review here because we are business owners ourselves in a different state and understand ratings are super important. However, this warranted one. We had initially booked with the hotel and was told there was a breakfast and when we went to check in the attendant just scoffed and said we just put that there for bookings. There were people coming and going all night and a van that sat running outside our door for at least two hours past 2am with people going in and out and cars coming and going. Several folks leaving rooms in the middle of the night looked highly intoxicated or drugged up. We felt INCREDIBLY UNSAFE. Then while checkout was at 11:00AM, they came banging on the door at 10:30 telling us we had to get out or they would charge us AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT. We arrived at 2AM after a long drive and had asked for a bit of courtesy time after checkout and they said ‘we do no courtesy. You pay for your night and then you leave when we say’. There are so many better affordable options to stay in Waco. DO NOT make the mistake we did!!

Disappointing stay Read the reviews on TA and decided the location and price was worth trying this motel in Waco. Checked in and found a roach on my floor and was a little put off by the other residents lurking about their open doors. When I returned that evening, heard people yelling at the coke machine and closed my door. At 3 a.m. was awakened to yelling in the next room and a woman screaming "help me, help me". The police were called but I felt VERY unsafe and checked out in the morning. On the plus side the towels were not scratchy and the sheets were good.

Nice Hotel This hotel met all my criteria - clean, safe and budget friendly. Parking easy, right in front of my door. Only a short drive to get around Waco. Went to Magnolia and downtown easily. Drove out to Lake Waco as well. Very pretty. Wifi worked really well.

Clean comfy and convenient Have stayed 3 times with same good experience. Comfy clean and quiet. Mexican restaurant next door is very good. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Excellent price point. We came on business but not a far drive to Magnolia. Highly recommended.
