Really enjoyed this hotel. We were very pleased with this hotel despite the record heat when we stayed. The front desk staff was always very pleasant and helpful. They suggested the sweet potato cake at Chicken Rico & it was amazing! The fitness center needs some attention & the weight station needs a bench. Luckily the bike that I needed to work on my knee worked just fine. Air conditioning worked perfectly during our hot stay - fan ran continuously for perfect white noise to mask the kiddos in the hallway. Room was more spacious than we've experienced in the past with Hilton properties. My only suggestion would be to make sure your room faces the back of the property - our room faced the back of Carraba's & every night in the middle of the night the trash & food oil trucks came - loud beeping and banging of the metal trash containers... This property's location was also a plus - close to lots of shopping and dining. I would suggest skipping the hotel's average breakfast & go to Silver Diner - it's a bit pricy, but their food was AMAZING!

Rude Housekeepers Check out was at 12pm but housekeeping started banging on my door at 9:50am. I called front desk and nothing was done. My door got banged on (and I do mean banged) 3 times before 12. The last time i had a not so nice exchange with the housekeeper. I called front desk again about the situation. She came down to the housekeeper and I could hear them laughing about me being upset about the banging. This is not a cheap place. With the money I spent I should be able to enjoy my room and sleep in peace.

No more fire stick usage. Great place to stay. Always clean and comfortable. Been staying here for years and we always enjoy our fire stick to watch movies. For some reason the last two stays our fire stick would not work anymore. The fire stick is fully functional so I assume the hotel has blocked the usage of them. Will be staying elsewhere from now on because of this. They have a smart tv with Netflix but the signal must be weak because the volume is so low it can hardly be heard with tv volume maxed out so that app is useless.

Great time The hotel was clean and organized. The staff was very nice. Lisa at the front over night was very helpful. I wish the rooms and hallway was warmer. Two other front desk ppl were nice but I don't recall there names. One guy had long ocs and greeted me kindly he worked Feb ,26 in the morning. I liked it so much I added another day

Stupid Maintenance guy The clerk was incredibly helpful, polite and thorough. The TV did not work and they sent the "engineer" up. A complete moron. I told him we had to watch youtube videos because regular TV didn't work. He told me regular TV didn't work because we were watching youtube. So I showed the idiot that when you selected a channel on regular TV is went blank. He said "some of them do that" very snotty like and walked out. Rude, stupid, complete A-hole. Because of him I will never stay there again. I work down there every week and usually stay at the Holiday Inn express but they had computer issues. Next time I'll find somewhere, anywhere else but Hampton inn.
