Great Overnight Experience Only spent one night, staying due to its close proximity to the local curling club. Easy, fast check in. Room was surprisingly large and roomy. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was good… nice hot water, strong spray and designed for taller folks. Only downside was no bar of soap. I could have probably gotten one at the front desk, but since it was one night, I didn’t bother. Overall, great experience.

Poor customer service My family and I stayed here 2 nights in March. Make sure you do not allow them to put you in room 223, it’s placement over the open lobby below allows you to hear every checkin or conversation happening below- we could not sleep. We also had an issue that there was no hot water, so no showers. We moved rooms and had no issues the second night. The reason I am writing a review, as I have never felt the need to do so, is that they refused to take any % off of our first night. They only were willing to give us 750 reward points (it takes 18,000 points to stay one night for reference). I just felt like it wasn’t sufficient for our inconvenience, poor customer service and communication.

Good reasonably priced hotel. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for four night in August 2023 while we attended a family funeral in the area. The hotel staff were welcoming and we were checked in quickly without issue. The hotel room was spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable. We were a little disappointed by breakfast as all the food seemed to be so processed and pre-made, and all of the eating utensils, cups and plates were all single use plastic and polystyrene. So much for a greener planet! We didn't really get to try any of the amenities due to the nature of our visit but the hotel was quite busy while we were there so I can only assume that the other guests were enjoying them. The hotel is located in a nice quiet and seemingly safe area, but having a car is definitely recommended. The room was reasonably priced for our stay and I think we got what we paid for. I would stay there again if I ever return to the area.

Not Happy I have stayed at this location a couple of times before l, as I have family that I visit in the area, and it has always been adequate. I stayed for a week this time and by the end of the 7th night I couldn't wait to leave. When I checked in I was told housekeeping only came once a week (on Mondays) but that I could call if I needed fresh towels. (Later in the week I was told that information was incorrect. _‍♀️) The entire time I was there Housekeeping never came period. I did put trash / recycles in the hall once or twice and that was picked up. I complained several times to the front desk that there was standing water in my bath tub/shower that was not draining. It was rather disgusting and left a nasty dirt ring. Each time I brought this issue up to the front desk they told me they would write it down and let housekeeping know. In the entire week that I was there, no one ever came to address that issue. Also when I tried to use the hair dryer it crackled and Sparks came out and I could smell electrical burning so I unplugged it. I also told the front desk about this several times. I was told housekeeping would bring me another hair dryer. That never happened even though I asked a few additional times. Each time I tried to address issues with the front desk I got the "I'll write it down and let someone know" and it never got rectified. I was traveling alone and I'm very clean but each day the room had a funky smell that grew worse daily so by the 7th day it was just gross. I am not sure what the odor was from but my guess was the standing water in the tub. _‍♀️ Also the mini fridg must have been set to freezer as the bottled water and soda I put in there all froze solid. I am a rewards member, my week stay was over 1,100.00 dollars and I am more than disappointed in the housekeeping and front desks lack of concern over the issues I was having.

Almost Great This is in an excellent location for us because we have a relative in Ann's Choice, a senior living place that less than a mile away, close enough that we sometimes take the 15-minute walk instead of driving from the hotel. The rooms are clean and they're big, the beds are comfortable, and the included breakfast is a full meal if you want it. Eggs, sausages, pancakes, etc. Our only complaint is that the front desk staff, which a few years ago used to be the same, nice gentleman whenever we'd arrive on a Sunday night, seems to be more variable and some of the people aren't great. We often get the very detailed description of where breakfast is located and we've stayed at this place dozens of times. The latest wrinkle is that we often find a sign, "I've stepped away for a few minutes" at the front desk and we are left standing there for 10 minutes until someone shows up again. On the other hand, the price is right and I suppose you get what you pay for.
