Old and outdated Traveling for business. The breakfast was not that good. The fresh fruit and yogurt was the best. The coffee shop was super overpriced, $5 for water!?

An amazing experience and would definitely stay there again. The staff were responsive and friendly. The rooms were clean and a great size. Everything thing about the experience was better than I expected starting at the front door and all throughout the Hyatt.

Perfect location Wonderfully located in walking distance to train station, Capital, and the Mall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent!

Poor Service and Dirty Rooms The service at the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill is terrible. The staff appears unhappy and unwilling to assist. The room was dusty. The carpet in the rooms is old and dirty; you can see the dust coming from the carpet. Terrible. The service at their only restaurant is poor. The servers appear unhappy and not very friendly. The food is mediocre.Be aware.
