Great hotel with convenient location We stayed as a stopover before heading to Canada. This Hampton is conveniently close the highway exit. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked and delicious. I don’t usually like the egg omelettes, but these were really good. Kudos to the staff that does the breakfast. Front desk staff were also very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

NEEDS TO BE AIRED OUT. This is the stinkiest hotel I have ever experienced. It smells SO musty the moment you walk in from outside. A stale smell. An old house that hasn't been aired out in years. So maybe it was just the lobby? The room was no better, and you could not open a window to air out the smell. We found a housekeeper and asked if she had any deodorizer and was prepared (surprise surprise) and gave me a bottle of Fabreeze. We never unpacked and kept our suitcases sealed so as not to absorb the odour. When I mentioned the smell to the gal at the front desk, she shrugged it off, said she could not smell anything. Probably used to it. No apologies. Beds were comfortable. Not high that you need a boost to get into it. Only one chair in the room and that was the desk chair. Bathroom - good water pressure in the shower. Lots of towels. The free breakfast (located off the lobby) was okay. You won't walk away hungry. They had enough options of cereals, waffles, breads, muffins, yogurts, oatmeal, unpeeled hardboiled eggs. Their hot food was a chicken patty, potatoes and what appeared to be the shape of an omelet. Juice. Coffee was very good. Paper and plastic everything. It wasn't spectacular, it was adequate. Parking was good. They offered luggage carts if you needed them. Elevators were very efficient. You might think it is deserving of more than one star after my review, but honestly, that smell knocks you down as soon as you walk in. And it sets the tone for the entire stay. This hotel was in a good location off the highway and access to restaurants and shopping. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.

A return customer many times ... Whenever we go to Watertown, this is where we stay. The hotel is in a good location, a continental breakfast is included which is all you need to start your day. The staff are led by a great Manager...Allan. The rooms are comfortable and there are always lots of pillows. They have a pool and plenty of parking. The staff are very friendly.

I would stay again if in the area. Sits back from the road, highway 3, on the east side of I-81. The usual expectations were met: excellent housekeeping, good breakfast, friendly staff, (in particular, Samantha,) a comfortable bed, quiet. Quiet has one exception. For some reason, the air conditioner in my room, sounded like a jet taking off. I adjusted to the sound though after a few minutes. I've noticed in a lot of hotels, regardless of the chain, the air conditioners are just plain noisy. Pricing was barely under $200, Hilton Honors or senior rate.

Great location and place to stay Front desk was very welcoming on check in and check out. Cleanliness of room, hotel, and even laundry room was exceptional. Only difficulty was thermostat could not be lowered below 67 degrees and room was warm and muggy feeling. Front desk did have a box fan available and was helpful. Breakfast had great selection and different each day. Was convenient to highway and to restaurants, shopping, etc.
