An oasis for us My wife and I are frequent guest here. An oasis in our eyes at the end of a long day of medical trips. We have watched the Fireside continually upgrade their operation. From landscaping/outdoor activities to real clean, comfortable beds and their very professional , friendly and accommodating staff. In today's world having a hotel that has stayed consistent or improved year after year is unique. The Fireside Inn and Suites is hard to beat.

Great value We had a great stay. Folks on the front desk were very friendly, polite and responsive. Breakfast choice was great. Small bags to take away a few items was a big help and greatly appreciated. Rooms were clean and spacious. Cleaning staff in the corridors were polite, welcoming and courteous. Hotel is located within 2 square miles of many restaurants; love the location. Parking was plentiful. Great experience overall.

Nice 85 room hotel across Hannaford & near WMT Supercenter/Home Depot. My wife and I stayed 1 night. The receptionist checked my identity for our prepaid room, processed an additional $14.17 tax, then I signed a paper and received our key cards. Room #239 was spacious, carpeted and clean with 2 comfortable queen beds and nice pillows. Huge TV with a 50 channel guide(local, BBC, Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN, etc). Quick hot water, shampoo, soap and nice towels in the large bathroom, medium fridge, microwave and a new large quiet AC near the floor. The extensive 5:30AM breakfast was beside reception, a self serve bag to bring back to the room; apple, banana, OJ, yogurt, bagel, cereal, oatmeal, cheese, granola bar, muffin and coffees. We did not use the large pool/hot tub but walked across to the wonderful Hannaford supermarket. Overall, a good night’s sleep just off I-95.

Great employees and great service ever day! I just stayed here for 11 nights, and could not have been more impressed with the great positive attitudes and customer service from the staff! Judy in housekeeping was helpful, friendly, and did a great job. Sarah at the front desk always had a smile whenever I had a question or needed something. It is clear that this hotel chain cares about customer service! My thanks for Judy and Sarah, but also to the management and ownership for creating such a good service culture.

Great hospitality and service! We stayed here over Colby College graduation weekend. The hotel staff is extremely hospitable and caring. My questions prior to arrival we answered and changes were made easily. Sarah helped before arrival and was equally as helpful during our stay. Also knew the best ice cream "shoppe" in town! The staff greeting each morning at the continental breakfast was so nice with Pauline serving as the gracious and thoughtful hostess. Our room was spacious, very clean and well equipped with toiletries, coffee maker, small frig and microwave. Really enjoyed our stay here.
