Super 8 by Wyndham Waxahachie TX

No Pool but Nice People The room had a desk with desk chair. A table with a regular chair. An overstuffed chair that you did not sink into. A large flat screen TV. A microwave and a small fridge. The only problem was 1 washcloth and 1 hand for two people.

Waxahachie trip Great clean hotel. Nothing fancy but clean, plenty of parking spaces. Great location. Very nice and helpful staff. Mr Patel was great.

A pleasant experience Hotel was nice and comfortable, management went out of their way to satisfy my special reguest. Staff was very hospitable, breakfast good. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. It was a nice location on the way to Austin, TX to stay overnight.

Waxahachie stay Great location to stay for my weekend Texas Motorplex visit for the NHRA Fall Nationals. Interesting little town with great history. Would have liked more options for the breakfast otherwise a pleasant stay.

Horrible night, lied about a refund. I told the desk about the problems listed below and they wouldn't do anything. I guess I could have left in the middle of the night, but he wouldn't even offer to refund my stay, if I did. I got no sleep and yet you charged me, as if you provided a service, which you did not! They just told me to talk to the manager in the morning. I was told at the hotel that I was getting a full refund, but they only refunded one night (the one that I didn't stay). I feel lied to and cheated and hope they make this right. I paid extra for a "suite." One of the ac's was broken, guy at the desk didn't seem to care, because the "other one worked." Then I realized the TV power cord is missing, before I can even tell him that the cord is missing, he says it. So they knew the cord was missing and seemed to know the AC is broken, yet took my money, anyway. They have no other rooms. Finally, I go ask for extra pillows, there's 2 of us and only 4 pillows; the night clerk acts indignant, "don't I already have 3," he says. Like somehow more than 1, a piece, is a ridiculous request. I've stayed at many hotels and I've never seen anything like this. Also, avoid the rooms near the stair. The door slammed, every time someone came or left. I got zero sleep that night. It was supposed to be a romantic getaway but turned into a nightmare. Also, Wyndham refused to help. They said that I had to sort it out with the hotel.
