Great motel the Smoky Mountains We were made welcome from the start, room was clean and comfortable, had great views of the Smoky Mountains. The free breakfast was sufficient, and the motel was short drive to Waynesville and Maggie Valley. Been here twice now and recommend highly

beautiful view and resonable so pleased with the cleanliness and friendly welcome we received. We spent most of the remaining daylight enjoying the view of the mountains as we relaxed at our little table having an evening coffee.

Horrible dangerous experience This was a dangerous and very unclean hotel. Our room was wide open when we arrived and our keys did not work. The hotel office person just shrugged and said it was probably house keeping. There were activities going on in a room two doors down that were definitely suspicious. Junk cars in the side parking lot. We left the premises and called hotwire where we reserved the room and they would not help us since we already left the facility. I will not stay in a unsafe location for hotwire to make a buck. Totally horrible customer service by both the hotel and hotwire.

Great Hotel and Convenient Location The Hotel was clean and the room was nice .. it also had a balcony with a great view of the mountains. The breakfast was limited but good and hit the spot. I would return and stay here again. It was a short hop to Asheville as well as to Waynesville, Burnsville, Bakersville and Spruce Pine.Thanks
