Very pleased Very good customer service from front desk manager Edgar!! He is very nice and polite and is here to help in anythi g we might need....I will come back wigh my kiddos to enjoy the pool.I hope it can be soon. The best part they have complimentary breakfast.

Family Fun This was our first time staying here and it was great. It exceeded my expectations. All the staff was extremely helpful!! Edgar went above and beyond to make sure all my family was taken care of. Great job. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

Highly recommended, friendly staff and Safe place My family love Super 8 in weslaco Tx, EDGAR from front desk always very friendly almost like fam, my favorite is the price, the breakfast the staff the pool and the palm trees around the pool absolutely lovely!!!! The place is well maintained

Horrible place. I am extremely disappointed in our stay. But most importantly when the toilet over flowed for no reason we literally got up to use the restroom and noticed it was over flowing and when we asked the front desk for help we were given a plunger from the main bathroom in the waiting room in a bag. Then when I asked if someone could help mop up the nasty water everywhere I went back to the room to plunge the toilet and heard a knock I expected someone to help instead I am given a mop and empty mop bucket to mop the hotel room myself. So we fill it up and clean it because obviously no one was going to help us. Then we take the mop bucket back and the maids say "aye cabron" when some of the water splashes out from having to push the bucket over the door edge but never once offered to help. The nasty towels we used to soak up some of that water stayed in the freaking tub for 2 days afterwards. The maids wouldn't take out the trash and when they did they wouldn't leave new bags. We didn't get clean sheets until 4 days until our stay and that's it. Then we tried to get breakfast and the waffle mix was always empty. On top of that we are asked to leave a review to wave the $20 check in fee for the weekend before 3 that is no where on the confirmation email from booking.

Best hotel Amazing experience _____ starting with the front desk (Edgar) very nice and professional made us feel so welcomed.Next the room was beautiful,very spacious loved it and most of all very clean the bed was super comfortable and the pillows omg super fluffy. Honestly best hotel I've booked room r super nice.
