Customer Service very good. Stayed one night because it's near the Wolfe Eye Surgery Center. Clean room and good breakfast. Thanks to the desk agent Michael for allowing a late checkout to accommodate my surgery. You're a good customer service from Michael.

Fitness Center has been closed for a while We stayed overnight on points while on a long drive from TX. We only stay in hotels with fitness centers, so pre-booked this hotel. It was only when we checked in at night, when it was too late to change our lodging, that we learned that their fitness center was closed and has been closed almost the entire year, and hotel management does not communicate that fact anywhere other than on the door to the fitness center itself. It was too cold to exercise outside the next morning. >:-( The rest of the hotel is ok. It's aging, but they've remodeled the lobby and breakfast area (which are not closed!). The rooms are dark and aging but ours was clean and quiet. The icemaker in the freezer didn't work and there was loose tile in the bathroom. There are no eat-in restaurants within walking distance, but there are several within driving distance.

Seen Better Days Don’t Bother ! The facility is in bad shape. Hot tub does not work, fitness center out of service, the grounds are covered with goose feces, refrigerator in room sounds like a jet at take off and breakfast food items are limited. There are more deficiencies but you get the idea. Have stayed at numerous IHG properties over the last 40 years both personally and professionally-This property falls in the bottom 10%! Will not stay here in the future as there are better IHG properties in the area.

The Sky is Falling?? Probably would have been a four or five star rating but for the front desk staff’s response to an issue I had. While showering I felt several things hit me in the head, and when I looked it was pieces of the ceiling falling down on me. When I went to check out, I brought the pieces with me along with a photograph of the ceiling. The guy at the front desk said, “Oh”. No, “I’m sorry”, no “wow”, no “gee whiz that’s odd”, Nothing but “oh.” Terrible customer service for anyone, much less so for a highest level member of their IHG Rewards program.

WORST STAYBRIDGE SUITE EVER!! It has turned into a haven for transients, smelly and musty hallways. Stains on the carpet. Horrendous tattered couch. Half clean rooms. Dog barking next door. Cracks in ceiling in the restroom. Guest arguing. Spider on my pillow the next day. My husband and I gave the frail older gentleman our feedback however he DID NOT CARE!
