Sexually harassed and propositioned Checked in at 2 AM I’m a single mother with three young children. We stopped at this hotel to which we had a reservation for and I was propositioned by the front desk. Staff told that I could come stay again for free and exchange for sexual favors and was told that he had a crush on me. It was a very uncomfortable experience. If you were a young mother traveling with children I suggest you stay far away from this hotel. As he made me feel very uncomfortable and very unsafe

Great Economical Choice This hotel is a short distance from downtown New Haven without the New Haven prices. The hotel is currently going through a total renovation and looks great!

Horrible stay Do NOT stay here! I made mistake of not looking at reviews; WORST hotel ever! I arrived too late to go elsewhere. No security locks; no coffee; in room no cups in room; no breakfast of any sort; no elevator; only light is in bathroom and light switch at the entry door; A/C barely works; only 1 chair in room at barebones table. If I could give a minus score I would

Worst hotel ever - Unsafe, dirty, no locks on door, Do not stay here! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stayed on a Saturday night and the lobby was filled with smoke. I booked a non-smoking room, and as it turns out, there is no such thing at this hotel. The hallways were filled with smoke and weed, almost overpowering. There are no locks on the door ( see photo) there were cigarette burns on the bed cover, and the sheets and blanket were stained. I complained and they offered to move us to a different room, went to look and it was the same, dirty, with no lock on the door, and smelled of cigarettes and weed. Spoke to the person behind the desk and asked for our money back and wanted to leave. He said No problem, we wouldn't be charged. We left and found a clean, safe hotel. Two days later I saw my CC was charged the full amount. Staff is rude, hotel is disgusting, dirty and unsafe. Do not stay here.
