Checks all the boxes I travel a lot for work, and needed a place for an early flight out of PBI. The Hampton Inn checked all the boxes. The airport shuttle bus whisked me to the hotel in five minutes when I arrived. My room was large and comfortable. Dejon at the front desk was quite friendly and quick to offer help.

Exceptional staff I found that the staff at this hotel did everything possible to make us comfortable. My son left his stuffie behind and was SO upset; they searched for it and found it and we were able to collect it since we were still in the area. Having the option of taking the shuttle to and from the airport is great; I was even able to have the driver(s) take us directly to and from the car rental. I would definitely recommend this hotel; the kindness of the staff is top notch!

Safe haven The hotel was a safe haven from Hurricane Milton. The staff was extremely professional and helpful in a stressful situation with many evacuees checking in. Our suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again. Goodbye!

Dejon is a Star!!! Currently staying for a pre-cruise stay!! So far an outstanding experience, thanks to Dejon!! From the moment I arrived, he was so welcoming. I arrived earlier than expected, and he went out of his way to accommodate my request for an early check-in (as a Gold member). He took the extra step to create a personalized welcome sign for my group, which was such a thoughtful touch. It really made us feel special and set the perfect tone. The hotel itself was lovely, with clean and comfortable accommodations, but it was the hospitality of Dejon that truly made this experience so much better!!

Best guest service! Dejon at the front took great care of me. I have awkward flight schedule and he was able to get me a room early. He also scheduled the free airport shuttle for my flight out. I always stay here when I fly into/out of West Palm international. Ten outta ten do recommend.
