Excellent location and staff! I stayed here for a week while my husband had emergency surgery at Good Samaritan. Laurie at the front desk was super friendly and helpful each time I had to extend my stay due to my husband’s medical condition. Thank you for making a difficult time much easier.

Okay for one night, but probably not longer Overall it was average, nothing better. The location is convenient but even being a Diamond member I was placed facing the busy road outside the hotel - it was noisy all day and night. And the AC unit in the room was very noisy. All of those contributed to it being a less than restful experience. The room was clean, but not spotless. There were things on the floors and the bathroom counter (i.e., hair) that did not belong to me. Also, I think charging people $5 to park in a generic parking lot that is used by multiple entities is a bit excessive. I did not utilize the breakfast (but apparently it is not free, and even as a Diamond member with that selected as my award I was not given any sort of voucher), so I cannot comment on the quality of the food. Overall it did the job for 1 night but I would not stay there again with so many options (including a Hampton Inn right next door).

Quick but pleasant stay This place was great! We stayed one night for a music event, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was SO spacious and clean! The staff was so accommodating and helpful. When we walked in, Laurie at the front desk was helping a guest with a reservation issue. Laurie handled the irate guest calmy and graciously. Kudos to the whole staff!

Thanks to Melanie! This hotel is a hidden gem! I think it must be relatively new because it is impeccably Mai yes. The staff is super friendly And will do their best to make you happy. I had Melanie bring me a fresh cup of coffee at breakfast because she had just brewed it, and the front desk employee gave me another check after I checked out when I realized my flight was an hour later tha am I thought so I could hang out by the pool until I had to go. And the gym area is awesome. Great room, great restaurant, great staff and great amet.

Freakin awesome. Xavier at front desk made checking in super easy and fast! Xavier was extremely helpful answering questions. Very kind, very generous, and very presentable! They even offered me a water upon arrival, which is great because I was really thirsty. Love the Hilton! - Joshua Marienthal
