Extended Stay America Suites Sacramento West Sacramento

Dirty hotel, poor management. Would maybe be fine for a night, but no more than that. The hotel is filthy. It looks like no one has ever vacuumed the hallways. My room smelled a little off, like too much air freshener, looked clean enough, but I found some used and discarded contacts on the bathroom floor, so I don't think the rooms are actually cleaned. The third night I spent here there was someone smoking so much weed on the third floor (for reference, I was on the second floor) that the smell was coming into my room from under the door and it set off the fire alarms and we all had to be evacuated until the fire department could come turn it off. Every time I had to ask something at the front desk no one was there and I had to wait a minimum of 5 minutes for someone to arrive to help me. I knew with the price that it wasn't going to be a fancy place, but this is just not even worth what I paid. Never. Again.

It was a terrible stay 10/7/22 This motel was terrible! They charged me $300 a night, and the room was so basic it was like a motel 6. The front staff were curt, and non existent. The TV was a small flat screen. The amenities were basically minimal, but present. No conditioner for hair. I would never stay at an Extended STay America again. Donald

Many selector trainer Nice service and excellent front desk assistance. Also room space is adequate with all the amenities to make it an experience of comfort for a variety of guest. In all I would give this extended stay a review of comfort and relaxing time to prepare yourself for the next day.

Worst hotel experience ever Would not stay here again, and wouldn't recommend it: - pretty much zero sound suppression between the rooms, could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. - room stank like smoke, had to launder every piece of clothing I brought when I got back to get rid of the smell. - other guests played loud music into the night on numerous nights, was woken up by the loud blaring of the TV in the next room at 4:30am. - other guests were hanging out in the hallway outside the room, and not just for a few minutes! - guests pulled fire alarm at 1:30am, there was no fire, we still had to wait until 2am for the police and fire dept to allow us back inside. - when checking in, there was no mention of any utensils or gear for the "fully equipped" suite. Arrived in the room wondering what use a fridge and stove would be with no cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, etc. Did go down to reception and ask, and they packaged it up and had items ready for pickup later, would have been nice if that was mentioned at check-in or in the room already.

Business Such a great experience! The staff was amazing, and so helpful to me. I was in for a business trip and didn’t know any places around town. They recommended a great restaurant close by. Our room was really clean.
