Dirty. Mice in halls and in rooms The third floor ceiling was ripped down The whole third floor smelled musty and moldy There were mice in the hallways and in our room and management did nothing but give us a few glue traps and shrug There was also stains on the bedding There is absolutely no reason this disgusting hotel should have cost me more than $200 and yet that’s what I paid for this awful experience

Excellent service I wouldn't bring my family to any other hotel in the area because you are not going to find friendly and kinder staff or better pricing than at this extended stay. Diane and Deb are two of the nicest ladies you could deal with Tony is such an attentive manager he makes sure all your needs are met.I could go on and on about how great there staff is there. The rooms are huge and spacious and clean which is great if you have kids. Just all around a great experience a home away from home definitely will choose this hotel every time

Consistently exceptional experience! We travel quite a bit, and have frequently enjoyed the comfort and efficiency of the Extended Stay America Suites located on East Main Street in Westborough, MA. The layout of the suite functions perfectly. The location is convenient and the services are exceptional. We agree wholeheartedly with those reviewers who have praised the staff -- Tony, Diane, Nealon, Evan, Debi, Stephanie, and Steve. Through the years we have gotten to know and truly appreciate these warm and caring service professionals.

DISGUSTING AND UNSAFE!!!! BEFORE YOU BOOK AT WESTBOROUGH EXTENDED STAY READ THIS. If partial cleanliness matters to you at all. Do not give this place your hard earned money. This was by far the filthiest, most poorly kept, stinkiest place I have ever been to in my entire life by far. To say I was traumatized is an understatement I couldn’t even eat my dinner due to the loss of appetite which was caused by the wretched stenches this place had to offer. I mean truly, I cannot even begin to imagine what was causing so many horrible odors in this place each uniquely terrible. I mean even the lady who gave us our key at the front desk smelled like she hadn’t showered in weeks. If their management can’t even partially clean themselves imagine how clean they keep the rooms. Not only did the place smell dirty but it was also visibly disgusting the walls looked like they had drinks (maybe even vomit) spilled all over them. Upon entering the elevator you could see what appeared to be an imprint of someone’s sweaty body and hands on the walls. Along with more spilled food and drinks the icing on the cake was when we unfortunately made it to our room there was a bed with sheets that were visibly dirty and to top that off the shower where one is supposed to clean themselves was FILLED with tiny hairs (hopefully leg hair and not pubic ones) . It was a living nightmare. I attempted attaching photo evidence to this review however it is not uploading for some unknown reason.

Thanks to the staff, a truly welcoming and excellent hotel experience When forced to find alternate long-term, living arrangements due to a flood in our condo, we chose Extended StayAmerica and we are very glad we did. The rooms are great, including extremely comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water, a small, but very functional kitchen and everything is very very clean. But by far the most important thing to note is just how excellent the staff members are here. Each and every staff member (Tony, Diane, Deb, Evan, Steve) has been working warmly welcoming and helpful whenever needed. Coffee is reliably available in the mornings in the lobby, there is plenty of parking, and the area is completely safe. Extended StayAmerica is not only pet friendly, but pet welcoming. But again, it is the extended stay America team members that have made our experience, under difficult personal circumstances, such a good one.
