Great Hotel - Good Stay Stayed on my way from Connecticut to Maine, Good location, just off the I 495, very clean, spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, welcoming and friendly staff. Good Breakfast choice, lots of restaurants nearby for lunch/Dinner. Downtown not far.

GREAT Stay - Welcoming Hospitality When searching for the best hotel stay for a business trip close to Lowell, MA, I called the Hampton Inn in Westford, MA and that is when I spoke with Yolanda Munoz - she answered every question and with professionalism and kindness! I was fortunate when I checked in that she was the staff member who welcomed me and because of her, I enjoyed a great stay! This is a fabulous hotel close to Lowell and surrounding towns, etc. I also want to add that along with the welcoming hospitality this was a very clean hotel! Would stay there again for sure! Thank you, Yolanda - you made all the difference!

Cold water, cold room The first night I was there the heat in my room stopped working. Then I noticed there was no hot water either. I called the front desk and they informed me that the water heater was broken and they we’re getting it fixed ASAP. Luckily I had access to a shower at a family’s house. Still when I got back that night the heat was still not working and it was still 55degF in the room. I was tired and just got under all the covers I could find and slept. Needless to say, I was happy to check out of this place the next morning.

Bad night sleep Pros: many dining options around; very nice breakfast; rooms are nice other than the AC issue; courteous staff. Cons: AC keeps starting and stopping all night; location is right by I-495. Rooms facing it are very noisy

Great hotel. Clean and quiet I've stayed at the Hampton Inn twice. It's clean, nice, beds, pillows we're very comfy. Breakfast was really good, and good coffee ☕ They had a full breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles, lot's of cereal, bread, bagels, all hot and yummy. Hotel staff very friendly theye
